Ordered the Roadkill dinner and asked for medium rare. Came with a hard crunchy crust and cooked through. Have had this before at other Texas Roadhouse's and has been really good. Just not in Beckley WV.

This is Misty Bihler. My Husband & i visit this establishment every week, faithfully. Always wonderful food and services. This most recent visit, 7/22/25, we were sat at a table, then moved, then the server section we were moved to wasn't aware we were moved to her section. She made sure we were taken care, of, but I open my silverware & it's absolutely disgusting & looks like it's not even been washed. So I grabbed a silverware bundle from a pre-sat table that was still vacant. Cleanliness is a huge deal in the restaurant business. Then I see a manager going table to table asking everyone how our meal was but glanced at us and intentionally walked past us without asking how our experience was. So just thought I'd make the World aware because if you don't pay attention to your customers, you're definitely in the wrong business! Manager had dark hair, glasses and a long sleeve black texas roadhouse shirt on fyi
