It was pretty busy. Understandable since we arrived around lunchtime. The line did move pretty well. We didn't have to wait long. I guess because of the rush, my order was misunderstood, but it was an honest mistake.

Was traveling. Walked over from nearby hotel. Convenient Got Parm Caesar salad for me and Apple Pecan salad for my wife to go. It's fast food so my expectations weren't real high, but even then I was disappointed. My salad had no chicken... I mean nada, zip, NONE Only 3 small chips of parmesan. And no croutons. Wife's salad had nothing that even resembled apple. Both salads were missing prime ingredient(s). Lesson learned...No matter how low you set the bar for fast food, expect it to be a little lower here. Check the bagged order before you leave. Didn't feel like walking back from the hotel. Ate what we got, and to be fair it wasn't bad.

My burger was half raw and the chicken wrap was hard. Do better..
Employee interrupted my order so many times to just chit chat with friends or other co workers. Then rolled eyes at me when I asked for my cups I told him to go but he didn't listen then got huffy when I asked for bag. I got a meal deal but when I checked I only had sandwhich so I had to go back in and my burger was cold they did give me a new one which was nice but it was not a great experience

Two guys working at 10 am and they were slow! Took almost 20 minutes for a disgusting oil dripping fish sandwich that I wound up throwing away because there was no manager to complain to! See attached photo...
