Worst part: I got a brownie batter frosty and the vanilla icecream part of it smells and tastes like old milk. Person at the drive thru wasn’t very friendly. Seemed to have an attitude from the start. Took a while on the food even tho the lobby was closed and only one person was in front of us.

Ordered food and asked for no cheese on my burger 3-4 times and still got cheese on it. The guy at the first window was rude and sighing when i told them they had made it wrong. i felt uncomfortable to come back through to get another sandwich

The employee taking our order was very nice and helpful with placing our order. Was sorta disappointed in the food cause it was cold. Fries seemed to be old. We were just passing through since we live in another state. I don't see us stopping here at least for a while again but because of the customer service we would give it another try.

This was in Indiana we stopped got a bunch of fried chicken for a picnic. The food was awesome. Almost like home but didn't have to clean up the mess lol

Undercooked beef! Serving undercooked beef poses health risk of Salmonella, E Coli (can be fatal) tapeworm, and parasites. I called & spoke with Penny on 9/25/25 & notified her that my burger was pink. She said she could replace or refund. I requested a refund for sure. So please cut into your burger before eating

Ordered 2 dave burgers for dinner from drive through . We could not eat them as they were cold, patty was tough and lettuce tasted old. Did not feel like driving back.
