Got everything I ordered, and had one my best days at church later that evening. Would highly recommend replacing regular buns for pretzel buns. They make every burger so much better. Thanks staff for letting me to continue to do that! Much love!

This Wendy's is horrible they treat customers like criminals. First they mess up your order and when you correct them they call you a liar and cheat you out of the food your hard earned money paid for.

My husband and I stopped for a quick bite before heading home to Lewisburg, WV & we were surprised pleasantly when the girl had our food for us as we pulled through to window to pay and the food was correct, very hot, and very tasty! Excellent customer service from this girl at around 2:00 pm on 12/12/23. I was very impressed by the food quality and that our food was correct (special sandwiches were ordered) and done so in a quick manner! ?

LAZY employees, management had an attitude. Employee walking around on cellphone in kitchen,food handled without gloves on - unsanitary. Spent almost 30 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches combos and a couple other items for take-out, ridiculously slow. A delivery service driver arrived at same time was so irritated by the employees service he said he's calling main office on them. A third party who arrived 10 minutes after us, walked out after waiting 20 minutes to be waited on and he was never even acknowledged in any way.Finally got order, went out to vehicle to head home, everything except a chili was cold. Forget going back inside to complain, we're too tired and frustrated now, that $25 wasted.THIS IS THE LAST TIME MY FAMILY WILL EVER VISIT THIS Oak Hill, WV LOCATION!!!

Food is always good at Wendy’s. My only complaint is the small frosty is really really small. I thought it was sized for Children. Try the pumpkin spice frosty. It was good. Get the Large.
