My family went here today for a meal before I went to work we were very disappointed! The food tasted like it was dry and had been sitting for days. it literally make me sick hours later I'm still not feeling well! employees were very nice but the food was a waste!
I don’t do this a whole lot, but I’d like to give some praise and thanks to the great staff at the Quincy, WV Arby’s restaurant. Every time we’ve eaten there not only has the food been excellent, but the staff has all been very friendly, courteous, helpful and just plain NICE. Special thanks to Ryan, Becky & Fonda. This specific Arbys has HORRIBLE management and employees. The employees harass each other and the managers purposefully create lies to get the teenagers working in trouble. They work unfairly and expect respect when none is given. I used to work here and it was the worst 2-3 months of my life. I had never been treated so poorly by my peers and my superiors.
