I just want to take a moment to recognize Ian, who works at the KFC in Benwood, West Virginia. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this young man truly deserves it. From the moment I stepped in, Ian went above and beyond to help me with my order. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful — and honestly, he saved me from spending nearly $50 by patiently walking me through some better-value meal options. His knowledge of the menu, paired with his maturity and professionalism, was impressive — especially considering he’s still in high school.
It’s rare to see that level of customer care and thoughtfulness from anyone, let alone someone so young. Ian carries himself with a calm confidence and attentiveness that reflects extremely well on your team. He made me feel valued as a customer and genuinely improved my experience.
Employees like Ian are the kind that keep people coming back. I truly hope management sees what an asset he is to the store — he’s already working at a level beyond what’s expected. Give that young man a raise, a bonus, or at the very least, some serious recognition. He’s the kind of employee that makes a company better.

Cashier, Angelina, was very rude. She acted like we were an inconvenience. Instead of listening to my order she was rude and had to come out and asked me to confirm it. Long wait for food and not one vehicle has come up behind us in over 10 minutes. Prices are to high service sucks and I can see business is down. Won’t be back.

I placed an order online to pick up. I went to pick up my order and all 6 of the employees were outside messing around. One lady was working alone inside with three people ordering. I ordered a 16 piece meal and only received 10 pieces which looked as if it had been from much earlier in the day. I was also missing a side dish. No one came to help the one lady who was working alone. Very disappointed

Technically I wouldn't give any stars to be honest poorest service tonight out of any other times I go there, I got no butter n half my rolls has pieces missing like staff was eating on it n the got a attitude when I placing my order and my chicken was terrible n not include my other food was cold af

Order was messed up originally, not only did they fix my order, but they had given me a free large cake and a discount for mothers day. Best KFC in town! Good food and great service. Also gave free candy for mothers day.
