I placed a pick up order, after getting home( only two blocks away) I found that none of my sandwiches were toasted and on the wrong bread, there was so much sauce on them that the bread got soggy, I called to complain and was hung up on, so I came into the store to ask why he hung up and his (Gage ) excuse was “ I had customers in the store”. These sandwiches were very nasty looking.

Used to come here and get great service. New owner, new employees. Came over day for lunch. Only one person working. He was in the restroom. Finally came out and started making online orders. I walked out. Was never greeted or even acknowledged.
Second trip, took forever to get served.
3rd and my final visit. 2 guys working. Neither greeted us. Ordered my sub, no wheat bread, no jalapenos, no MVP vinagrette, no napkins, no iced tea only fountain pop.
Place does not look clean like it used to. Employees with poor attitudes. Just all around bad. Been coming here for 10-11 years when I'm in Benwood working. Looks like it's Wendy's only from now on.

This location has gone extremely downhill since the transition of ownership. They are always out of items, and the customer service is horrendous. You're very lucky to be greeted when you walk in the door. There's no point in ordering online as they won't even have it ready. I've been going here for years. No more.

The person who served us, Alex, was very kind and thoughtful. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a fast food place in a while.
2 young ladies asked all the right questions and made me the best Subway sandwich I've ever had. (toasted American Club with provolone on cheesy bread) Everything was fresh and tempting. I'll definitely go back sometime.
