Lady at the drive through was very kind. Ordered chilli with onion on cheese which I didn't get it. Called I'm thinking it was the manager that answered. I wasn't screaming or rude and she hung up on me. Thought it might have been an accident but she refused to answer the phone. In my opinion she doesn't deserve to be management if she's going to treat customers like that. Shame on you!

Stopped in tonight and even though it was a small order, everything about my visit was great. Especially the workers, seeing how I had just left the emergency vet clinic down the road, they were so sweet. Thanks again!!

I just ordered two number one hamburger to go around after 8pm and when I got home. only one hamburger was missing a bun on hamburger. I am disappointed with the food. I am not coming back after years of mistakes on hamburger...

The lady’s I worked with in the drive through were extremely polite and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and kind about their products. I’d recommend this establishment over the other local Wendy’s by a large margin!!!

I live nearby and use the drive through often. The have the BEST UNSWEETENED TEA. My fries are cooked to a crispy perfection and the Dave's single is always made well. I have never had a bad experience at the Benwood location. I'm not a fan of the dining atmosphere but at least it is clean. I liked the old dining room before it was renovated. Every worker has been polite and attentive.

Always slow to get service inside. Especially at lunch time. They prioritize the drive thru first. Then delivery apps. Very frustrating when limited on time because it's your lunch break. People are nice. Drive-thru is quick.
