The lady’s I worked with in the drive through were extremely polite and pleasant. Very knowledgeable and kind about their products. I’d recommend this establishment over the other local Wendy’s by a large margin!!!

I live nearby and use the drive through often. The have the BEST UNSWEETENED TEA. My fries are cooked to a crispy perfection and the Dave's single is always made well. I have never had a bad experience at the Benwood location. I'm not a fan of the dining atmosphere but at least it is clean. I liked the old dining room before it was renovated. Every worker has been polite and attentive.

Always slow to get service inside. Especially at lunch time. They prioritize the drive thru first. Then delivery apps. Very frustrating when limited on time because it's your lunch break. People are nice. Drive-thru is quick.

Our cashier was Nathan. He is a very good employee. Very respectful man. Polite and didn't hesitate to get things we ask for. While we were eating he treated the other customers very well. This man needs a raise.

This has got to be the worst wendys ive been to got the garlic parm nuggs first thing i had to put up to the door to wait for my order they said they were makin then fresh which is fine but when i get my order and take them home to eat i had to throw them away they were as hard as a brick

I go and get Frosties with my kids a couple times a week. We have 2 frosty Keychains.We went the other day and it was a special occasion so before we went to get Frosties my youngest wanted a cone from somewhere else instead.When I went through Wendy's drive thru, the worker noticed I only ordered one Frosty and I had two kids. She asked "do you need another one? I don't want to start a fight". That was super appreciated.We didn't need one, but it was really sweet of her to offer. The Frosty was good too. My oldest got the Oramge Dreamsicle.
