If you're a beer-lover stay away from this place. The hefeweizen and blonde ale were unpalatable. They taste nothing like the class of beer to which they purport to belong. These people need to stop experimenting and show more respect to the craft of brewing.
A couple years ago my husband and I had a weekend trip in Berkeley Springs, and Cacapon Brewing was definitely our favorite part! The beers are great and varied, which makes for amazing flights. Every time we drive through the town, we stop to pick up a growler or two to bring wherever we’re going, because it’s always a hit! I also really like the building/property - roomy and cozy inside, outdoor seating available, and plenty of parking. 10/10!

Really cool building and nice vibe but beers were just okay. Better than the other brewery in town, but not a travel destination unless you're already nearby. Their saison was better than their IPAs

Great spot in historic spa town of Berkeley Springs. Tried a saison, peach sour, and Altbier. All excellent quality. Friendly service too.
