The last couple of times I have been there, the food is ice cold, and it does not taste great like it used to. The young employees just wanna to carry on and not wait on people. Dairy Queen in Berkeley Springs Wva used to the best place to go and eat and always the food was hot. Now, the food is always uncooked or overcooked or cold. The employees are ruined and not nice. The floors and tables are always dirty. The trash is never changed and running over sometimes. The owner needs to get new employees or sell it to someone who will care about the customers and the food. Every time I have it, when I am in there, the employees will always forget something about my order.

Cheese curds were good. Burger was so cold the cheese didn't even melt. It was like it hadn't even been cooked. I was afraid I'd get food poisoning. Service was mediocre & slow. I drove all the way off 70 to specifically go to the nearest DQ in Berkeley Springs & it was not worth the trip

Took 28 minutes to get our food. Food was over cooked and couldn't eat most of it. Staff had no supervision and were horsing around the whole time. Other customers orders were made wrong and over cooked. Won't go back in.could have just went home and made hotdogs

Got 2 malts and a pup cup with no pup treat. They said they don't do that. If no treat shouldn't be called a pup cup. Malts we're not mixed up very well.
Stopped for ice cream on the way through town. Medium wait for a hot day. Blizzards were yummy !
Parking: Easy in/out from main highway through Berkeley Springs. Lots of free parking.

Staff is bizarre. Had to repeat a few times before she could even grasp what I was ordering ( 2 star kisses). Acted like I had two heads and had to get assistance to see if she could fulfill my request (which again...was 2 star kisses). Strange experience.

I love how many sprinkles you can get because you can get the extra sprinkles with your spoon and put it on your ice cream if you get it in a cup. Besides that, the ice cream is really good alongside the food!
