Sorry I tried to give new management a chance. We ordered last weekend. My husband drove all the way home. His wedgie was wrong. He ordered chicken and got ham. As soon as I called the guy knew the mistake. He ask if we wanted to bring it back. We said no it was late and price of gas. I mean they deliver he could have offered that. No. He gave us a $15 credit. I used it today to get my husband’s wedgie. Picture below shows what I got. Hardly any chicken. You can see the size of the tomato. And the bread was barely toasted. My husband added the meat to one piece of the half. I toasted it a little more. . I was on crutches the boy handed me my box. I ask for a bag so I could carry it easier. He couldn’t even open the door for me. Why does someone buy a business and not care enough that this happens. Were done !

Fox's Pizza has a new owner and they have ruined the place. they make you waste your time trying to order something. no one knows what they can and can't do from the new management. they should not leave children trying to run the place alone until they all learn what to do the correct way. everyone claims they are the manager but apparently none there is. i had 2 different people tonight tell me they were manager. I'm glad the lord is stopping from eating from an established that has been shut down by the health inspector but doesn't want anyone to know the truth. save yourself to effort! i left the food behind and did not place an order at all unfortunately and was very disappointed. i recommend you go to The mountainside restaurant instead. they have wonderful food and excellent service as well as the owner that spends many hours at his personal business and interacts with customers correctly. so long Fox's Pizza

The food is always either below average or plain nasty. Today I thought I’d give it another shot-mainly because I wanted delivery. Site says they open at 11. It’s 230 and no one will answer.

We ordered 2 wedges for take out, got home, both orders were wrong. I called, they said they would fix it. When I went back, they skipped on the toppings. A lor of people complained about the old owners. Well for us we liked the old ownership. This new one is worse.

Pizza was delicious as was the sub. They delivered & we live 10 miles away, so that was awesome. Cashier noticed a potential error and called to confirm whether we ordered 1 or 2 subs and then corrected the transaction.
The manager/guy at the register is amazing. He was obviously busy tonight and multitasking while having great customer service. He wished my friend a happy birthday too. Thank you so much for the best pizza

******NEW REVIEW*****so there r now NEW OWNERS!! they have made improvements!! They now deliver further! We live almost 10 miles from town n they delivered 2 our house just the other day (today is 3/26/24). The new owner actually delivered our food, she was very nice and even bought a ticket from my husband for his softball team. We have only ordered once since the new owners BUT I wanted 2 b sure 2 change my review since we had a great experience with them!

We thought we would give it a try despite the bad reviews but The pizza and wedge took over 2 hours to be delivered and the pizza was not cooked all the way, the wedge was a sloppy
