First off I have to say that the management is tops here, but I have to say that the employees are negligent at times and they don't follow instructions like when I asked for no pickles and no mustard they always get confused and a lot of times they gave me the wrong stuff! I have swallowed their mistake at times but one time when I asked for no pickles or mustard they gave no ketchup no cheese and I went home and I was pissed off because the only thing on there was the hamburger...

I've eaten at many McDonald's, but this McDonald's has the best service I've ever experienced. My husband just ordered ice cream and they specially brought it to our table. We visited on different days to see if they had different service attitudes depending on the cashier. But they provided the same high-quality service both times, which is very admirable. I must write a review to praise them. It's great!

This was the 1st time we've had "bad" food at this location.
The chicken big mac that my bf had had almost no sauce and a ton of lettuce. My quarter pounder was luke warm and tasted "off," not like spoiled but the seasoning was strange and it was dry.
I know things happen, so it's not a huge deal, but it was disappointing and frustrating when things cost as much as they do.
This is our favorite McDonald's location,...
