Food was good. My wife loved the pizza. Her salad was fresh. But place seemed a bit dirty. Lotta dust and dirt on window ledges by table and under tables. A lot of construction work going on in the area that could explain the dust. Our server was great.

Only got take out twice from here, food took too long despite no one else here. Ordered a sub today ($10), was told that if I wanted mayo instead of oil, it would be an extra two dollars. Two dollars for a tablespoon of mayo? I'm a local but will probably avoid this place from now on.

I ordered a turkey sub and fries. Waitress wondered id i wanted everything on it. I said no just onion and oil and vinegar. She brought my sub out and it had everything on it. I told her and she said just take off what u don't want. Kinda hard to take mayo off a sub. Lol. I had to pay for that sub and a second one. There was no apology! The fries were soft and greasy and there was bees on the inside of the window. When they brought my sub out it was soggy. Not going back.....

Pizza very nasty would not order from them ever again. They don't wear gloves or hair net and handling good after touching everything gross. Did not see them once wash thier hands. Girls hair flying everywhere.

As locals, my boyfriend sent me their flyer through Facebook messenger seeing as though we hadn't tried this place yet. He had already sent me another restaraunts specials for the evening but once I saw this place had wings, I told him it was settled! He knows I LOVE HOT WINGS! We got the pizza and wing special x2. After spending $50 and arriving back home, I lay everything out for the family and see the wings both look the same. Not knowing which was which I try both, they tasted the same. I then get everyone else to try them both as well (even though they don't like spicy) & it's agreed the wings all taste the same. When I call, I politely exclaim that I was seemingly given two of the same wings and would just really like some hot wings (as I had been craving since that early morning waiting all day to get) He exclaimed he was the owner, super rude, told me how he made them himself and you get what you paid for. I said I paid for HOT WINGS and nothing is hot here. Can I please just get something hot. He continued to tell me he couldn't help me. So I guess the sum of the situation here is THEY DONT HAVE HOT WINGS AND THE OWNER DOESNT DESERVE A BUSINESS IF YOU CANT be a decent businessman and communicate with norACCOMODATE YOUR CUSTOMERS. ITS CALLED RED HO HOUSE SAUCE!!? Learn to cook then bro. This place is a joke.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we won’t return. We waited a long time to get our drinks. The tea tasted salty so we asked politely to have another drink and were told it was “the policy” to charge for another drink. (Apparently there’s a policy for when your drink taste like salt.)We were actually charged for tea and the replacement drink when we didn’t drink the tea. The server was incredibly rude. It took forever get our pizza and it wasn’t cooked in the center. The toppings were fresh tho. This was approximately 7pm on a Friday. We noticed two other tables but they had their food already. People also tried to enter and were turned away saying he was closing soon. One star for fresh toppings.

DO NOT EAT HERE!My husband and I are visiting Berkley Springs and googled places to eat and so we thought we would give it a try. The place is so dirty I immediately wanted to walk back out the door. The portions were very small for the price you pay and the fries were soaking wet with grease and cold by the time we got them. The chicken strips when broken in half doeant even look like meat it looks like mc Donald's mystery meat. They gave us a bottle of ketchup for our table and it literally had mold on it. Picture attached. I hope I don't get sick ughh.

My partner & I were craving chicken wings & decided to give this restaurant a try. We ordered 2 8 piece bone in wings, one BBQ & one buffalo. We also ordered a basket of fries. When we sat down to eat our take out, we noticed everything was rather cold, despite picking it up on time. We ate it & agreed that the fries were awful, but the wings were fine. We have had worse. Unfortunately, now my partner has terrible food poisoning today & I've read other reviews that the culprit is very likely the chicken. Shameful.
