Very good Chinese food, best in the area and better than some places in Martinsburg snd Hagerstown. Always come here when working in the Berkeley Springs area. Food is always fresh and hot. Service is very good very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Good fast affordable Chinese food with friendly service. Ordered takeout - Singapore Chow Mai Fun (spicy curry rice noodles), shrimp fried rice, beef lo mein and pepper steak w/onions (there were beef but forgot to take picture before eating lol). Everyone was happy with their food and ate everything. The place was really busy with phone orders but the staff was able to keep up with it all.

So glad we drove out to Panda Restaurant! We came about 25 mins after hearing good things and it was well worth the drive. The restaurant is very clean and the service was friendly and attentive. We ordered the pork wonton soup( delicious) the hot and sour soup ( so wonderful for when you are feeling sick) sesame, orange, and curry chicken with onion. All were wonderful and very well seasoned. The price is great for the amount of food. Will absolutely make the drive any time we are craving Chinese.

We had a family of 18 come for a family reunion and everything else was closed on a Sunday night . Let me tell you I’m beyond glad everything was closed because this was the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time . They had fast service and everything we ordered was exactly what we wanted . I highly recommend getting dinner here because I know I will order from them again before we leave .

Got some food from there tonight and was not impressed at all shrimp was under cooked...the steamed dumplings were nothing but dough restaurant was not well kept they had no sodas except what was in the case which was only 3 to choose from...we will not be going back there anytime soon
Prices are very fair, food is fresh and of good quality and decent sized portion. The owners are friendly and as far as Chinese goes, this is the only game in town. Spare me the low reviews from the "cultured" out of towners who fancy themselves as trendy foodies.

We have ordered from here several times, and we have to travel about 20-25min to be able to pick it up. On our most recent trip I placed my order & made the quick drive. When I got there the lady at the counter asked for my order number & when I gave it to her she seemed concerned as they had given our order to someone else (theirs was similar to ours). She didn't hesitate to go back in the kitchen & have them remake our whole order right away, and I only had to wait maybe another 10min. The food came out steaming hot (you could even see the steam seeping from the bag on my drive home), which made it nice to deliver a HOT takeout meal, even with living 20min away.
