Went there after 23 mile bike ride n paw paw. Very nice.ice cream good.and nice seating.in shade etc.a country ice creme shop that.is so good..love snowballs to so will be back.

Paps is a small locally owned business and their ice cream is always amazing. They have different weekly specials and cost is good.

Just had the BEST ice cream ever at Paps Dairy Dreams! The ice cream was phenomenal, and I can't wait to go back for more. Highly recommend! I got the Christmas in July Special!

We will drive 1 and a 1/2 hours to go to Paps! The wonderful Paps crew puts care and love into every delicious creation and is always coming up with creative new specials like this 4th of July Sundae we got! We also love the Salty & Sweet and, of course, Jeff's Vanilla Wafer delight! This is truly a family business, and it shows! Plus, they have incredible ridge-top views and a refreshing breeze!

Good place! Price was good! Ice creams was good!

It was so good. We had a coffee and cream flavor burst and a reese's delight. if you are near Berkley springs it is definitely worth the drive!

We happened to be nearby and decided to try it out! Wow! So glad we did. This is such a cute little ice cream shack up on the mountain! The ice cream was delicious and well worth the price. There's plenty of seating (plus most tables and chairs had umbrellas or trees for shade), lots of space for kids to run around, and there's also plenty of parking. The views up here were incredible. Plus on the journey up, we got an amazing view of the C&O Canal and a train station. There are no public bathrooms and it didn't seem like there were any drinks for sale on their menu, but otherwise their menu had a ton of options, including a fun flavor add on to their soft serve. If we're ever back up this way, we plan to stop again 😊

We went here 2 times and it was very good both times. Super crowded for such a tiny ice cream shop! They do a weekly ice cream flavor so they were out of the ones we wanted to try (coconut and cake batter), but made them similar with vanilla ice cream. Would come here again!

From the moment you pull up, the scenic setting grabs you. There are picnic tables with countryside views, and even cows grazing in the distance seriously, it’s like something out of a postcard. It’s the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy a sweet treat.

As for the ice cream? Incredible. I ordered the Peanut Butter Thing Waffle Bowl Delight, and it was heavenly, rich, creamy soft-serve layered with peanut butter sauce and toppings that made every bite better than the last. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, even when it got a bit busy. You can tell they care about the place and the people who visit.

Paps is the kind of place that makes small-town summers feel special. Highly, highly recommend it!
