Proof on Washington

Me and my boyfriend ate here for the first time today and it was so good! Drinks were also good and we had the best bartender Dennis! Make sure yall go and ask for him he will take good care of you.this is hands down my new favorite spot and I will be coming back

Amazing food and good service

My Cousin and I just had another girl's weekend staying in Berkeley Springs and this is the third time I've eaten at Proof so that says something. Especially since it's one of few restaurants around that's open later. It's a busy but decent atmosphere, food and drinks are great and service is prompt every time! The Bartender is very attentive and friendly. We'll be back 🙂

My sweetie took me here for my birthday. I got the Commander's Cut and she had two apps. The food is amazing, the room is laid back and the service was great. We'll definitely be back.

Small and cozy restaurant with very friendly staff. They were very accommodating with my gluten allergy. The Brussel sprouts were my favorite dish.

My husband and I stopped here on our way home and we were so impressed. I had a bourbon burger with fries and it was probably the best burger/fries I have had. My husband had the bourbon glazed chicken wings and he raved about how meaty and crunchy the wings were and loved the sauce! We also had raspberry lemonade and it was very refreshing. Mary was a delight and offered great recommendations and provided very good service! Would highly recommend this restaurant!!

The restaurant was well run. The food was top quality. My wife tried the steak which she compared to a streak we had at a 5 star top chefs resturant we visited in the UK a few weeks ago. The server Amber was great taking care of us. I highly recommend this place.

Stopped into the bar to have a few drinks. Dennis the bartender is excellent. Very personable, knowledgeable and attentive. Got into some conversations with another couple and ended up staying for dinner. My wife had the pork chop which was thick and tender and well seasoned. I had the chicken with shrimp. Both were excellent! This is the place to go in Berkley Springs. Will definately stop back. If you like Brandy this is the place. Huge selection and great mixed drinks.

Worth the 30 minute wait. Food was spot on, no room for dessert so we got it to go. Delicious. Atmosphere was quaint and homey.
