Arby's food has really gone downhill lately. Now the roast beef tastes dry and the buns are these large, full-of-air, lousy tasting buns. I tore off half and didn't even eat it. It's gotten to the point that the only item left unmolested by the corporate bean counters is their Gyros. Scratch decades of being a roast beef sandwich fiend. No mas!

Strongly recommend! I placed my order to be delivered by Door-Dash, not expecting what I got. I was very impressed the food quality was great, the delivery time was great, but I got a huge surprise when I received my order. All my food was sealed with an extra layer of protection, Arby's added seals on my food to prevent tampering with. An extra layer of protection for health and safety reasons. Had a great drive thru experience at this particular Arby’s. The guy working the drive thru on 7/8/2023 around 5:30pm was the friendliest guy and he made our stop for dinner memorable. I hope others can take note of his kindness because it goes a long way.
