I ♡ this Starbucks!! They honestly spoil me. I am here everyday for lunch, they know my order by heart and are always welcoming with a hello or good morning. Very professional, respectful, clean, and yes busy at times. And if there is a coupon they make sure I get it. Much love to all the employees and management. I ordered on the app and it said it would be done in 4-7 minutes.. it took 15 minutes (there was nobody else there). I stood waiting for it and nobody spoke to me. When I finally got it, it tasted burnt. I can never understand how all Starbucks don't taste the same.
Kids were slammed, people were impatient but everyone handled it like a well oiled machine and great professionalism, good job everyone. Great job for a black Friday crew! Only problem I had was the music was to loud!
