We had ordered food from there and went to go pick it up. I must say that the gentleman who went out of his way to help me carry out a 2L of coke was incredibly nice. Spectacular customer service and amazing food too!
Buckhannon Dominos is GREAT. Ordered delivery tonight and I hadn’t even noticed until this store went out of their way to call me, that 1/3 of my pizzas was wrong. They called me and were happy to offer remaking my pizza, and delivering it to me no hassle. I had a living room full of people and we cannot thank you enough! I’ve never had a restaurant go out of their way to fix an issue and it shouldn’t go unnoticed! Thank you again!
