This review is about the PARK, see separate review about the Lodge and Restaurant. The park has excellent scenery, hiking trails and a motel and restaurant. A recreational man made lake was added about twenty years ago. Camp sites, some with full RV hookups. WARNING: if you are visiting with a large land yacht you should note that both approach routes (either from Cairo or Harrisville WV) are very twisty roads with numerous sharp switchbacks. North Bend State Park Lodge is a great place to visit. Also you can enjoy walking or riding down the rail trail which is approximately 71 Mi long with great scenery also good food at a reasonable price.
Our family had the suite room and it was fantastic. Every staff member we encountered was great. It offers many amazing activities inside the park for children including a nature center with daily projects/adventures. We definitely will be back.
