My wife ordered French toast and sausage for lunch and got Bob Boy which is like a Big Boy Hamburger, 2- 1/4 lbs, thousand island dressing and some onion rings. The onion rings were good, the hamburger patties were overcooked and the amount of dressing could have been double the amount. I ended up using ketchup since the burgers were so dried out. Thinking this was just someone having an off day and not watching the food close enough. Overall, I think the place is very good and...
I am so happy we stopped here for dinner. Everything we tried was delicious. The sweet potato fries were perfection. I wish that we had saved room for dessert as they offered interesting choices, but we were too full. Excellent waiter.
My wife said we should try Bob’s Lunch for breakfast on Sunday morning. Well let me tell you, probably the best breakfast I’ve had, not to mention the portions. I ordered 3 eggs, 2 sausage links and breakfast potatoes,(home fries). I also got the homemade bread for my toast. I also wanted to try the sausage gravy and asked for sausage gravy and biscuit. It was HUGE. The sausage gravy and biscuits filled an entire plate itself. Probably an entire potato for the breakfast fries....
