“Holy moly! I had no idea the that the Giovanni’s in Chapmanville was so good!? Delicious, got a pepperoni pounder - biggest size. Was done quick and right on time (ordered online) - super friendly staff - but the showstopper was the pizza. Amazing food cooked perfectly. 10 out of 10 will definitely be back again.”

“Aside from Kiosk ordering inside, I had no issues with this Taco Bell. Call me old fashioned but I want to be able to order through a human not a computer. Not this locations fault, however.

Anyways, food and service were fine. Chapmanville was having water issues so they didn’t have fountain drinks. They had cans to make up for it so no issues there.

Food was better than most Taco Bell’s I’ve had in recent memory. Staff was nice and personable.”

“I have a small business in my home that originally brought me to the store. I am a holiday lover so immediately I notice all the beauty. I walk around some and begin to carry on a conversation with the lady. She was so nice and helpful I was really impressed. I was there to get apples so this nice lady ask her worker to accommodate me with what I needed and then make sure that he loaded the items in my vehicle for me. I then went inside to pay and every girl in there was super nice super attentive and acknowledged I was there. I would recommend this business as 5 star. They also had the best watermelon I’ve gotten in years. I’ll definitely be visiting asap”

“Terrible, rude customer service from employee with name starting with "A". She wants to argue over toppings and orders and makes rude comments about customers in retaliation in the local fb groups who post about their experiences there where she targets those who have something negative to say about their experience and her attitude toward them. Food is okay, chili dog buns are a little gooey and cheese tastes likes plastic. Ice cream is great though”

“Went here for the first time today for Mother’s Day. The food was so hot and fresh and the amount of chicken that you get with your fajitas is crazy. Will definitely be back next time we are around. The staff were super friendly as well.”
