Placed a mobile order and was supposed to get the Morticia shake only to be told when got there don't have it asked for refund was told no couldn't since mobile order 2 places tried to get shake and both don't have it very strange almost like a bait and switch type ordeal to me

Change your online times to be correct. If you close at 10 change them to 10 so I'm not wasting time ordering online just for you to tell me you decided not to make the food.
The food was hot, the dining room was very clean, and the service was great!

Unprofessional service today. A girl named Charity pretty much ruined my meal today the way she acted towards my family and I. I was very close to just walking away from my order. You could tell she was extremely insecure to talk about people and whisper to other co-workers about customers, but I could see why she was so insecure. There was a whole lot in front of me that didn't miss the eye. Very childish and disrespectful. There's an experienced and good manager there, but she can only do so much. That and it's hard to find workers right now so her hands are tied. I will definitely go to a nearby Wendy's next time where it takes a little longer to get food, but more professional for sure. Perhaps a re-train is possible if there was any training at all.
