Friendly employees who are always great with the kids. 3 stars for service d/t everytime i come there they forget items such as cheese on cheeseburger and fries for combo. Overall still good and am still gonna go.

I ordered a grilled hotdog and got a steamed bun. I also ordered a regular chicken dinner and only got 2 pieces of chicken rather than 4. When I called they told me to come back but I live too far away. I guess you have to check every meal before you leave to see if you get what you order.

We were in line at the drive-thru at the Chapmanville location. They took order for vehicle in front of us, when we got to order we were rudely turned away because it was 9:01. So sad!!! Just lost 2 customers! Never again. At least Wendys in Chapmanville gained 2 customers

I went through the drive thru and had an item missing. When I called back the employee I spoke with was very rude and uncooperative, she said I would have to drive 30 minutes of my time , using my gas to pick the item up that day or I would just be losing the money I spent on that item. She also would not give me a phone number of the owner so I could make a complaint on this situation . Most restaurants that screw orders up will simply write your name down and let you pick that missing item up the next time you come back by their restaurant but not this one. This policy needs to be changed and their also needs to be someone you can speak with about issues like this. I had to ask someone that was driving by the Chapmanville Dairy Delight to stop by and pick this item up and when she went in and asked for it the employee went to the back, conversed with another employee there, then brought the bag up to her tossing it across the counter at her and sarcastically saying have a nice day. It’s no wonder people are constantly complaining about this restaurant.

Hubs enjoyed fish sandwich, good size. My hamburger was good...just wish it had the cheese on it that I ordered. Food was hot and served with a smile. We will return
