Our personal experience here was really good! I've never had Dunkin' before so I was hesitant about trying something new but the food was really good. It was a delightful surprise. Establishment was clean and the team members were very friendly. We live in Indiana so the next time we're in town we'll sure give this establishment another Go!

The lady who was making the food didn’t switch gloves and was eating touching her mouth while making the food for customers. The other lady at the window with dark hair and tattoos had an attitude. At least switch gloves if you’re eating but touching other peoples food. I’m also allergic to dairy, I asked for oatmilk, I break out in hives from dairy and I did indeed get hives. THANKS!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE LACTOSE INTOLERANT. I usually love Dunkin's, but everytime I come here and request a coffee oat milk instead of cream, they give me a regular coffee with 4 cream and oatmilk. I have to wait for it to be remade everytime. I don't understand if everyone that works there just refuses to believe some people can't have or don't want cream, but I don't have this problem at any other location. In fact, the first time I had coffee from there, I blindly trusted them and spent the rest of the day sick on the toilet. I usually give a lot of grace before I write a bad review about a restaurant, but I've decided to skip over them and get coffee later in my commute, where they listen to me when tell them I don't want cream. I mostly wanted to give a heads up to people who can't tolerate dairy, it's not worth the risk, at the absolute best, you'll have to wait double time for your order every time. I wish I could give a better review, because the staff have been very friendly about it, but I'm tired of having to fight this uphill battle just to get a common modification.
You think that these people can train the Beckley store on how to read orders, give you what you ordered, and be nice about it all. Chapmanville has way better employees for sure.
