First, the wait staff tried giving us the wrong order, and then once our order came out, we never saw our wait staff again, not even for any refills or anything. I had to go to the front counter to ask for a to go box for lasagna, and I was given a small pizza box... yea, I'm not sure how THAT was supposed to work, but I made it work. If I ever visit the area again, I will not be going back.

The food was great! We had the baked spaghetti with the buttered bread and my goodness it was good. It has plenty of sauce, cheese and was flavored well and the bread was delicious too!The restaurant itself could use a little sprucing up but over it was very good!Wheelchair accessibility: Seems very accessible.

I was at the Chapmanville, WV Giovanni's a few days back and paid almost $24 for a really small salad which was really a lot of lettuce and one small piece of tomatoes, lots of croutons and nothing else. Then I got the steak and cheese sub and it was cold, the cheese was not melted and I got onion rings with it and they were decent but only about seven of them. The fountain sodas were fine. No one checked on anything and it took for ever to get the food. If there was a zero I would rate it a zero. Needless to say, I will not be back!

Went for a Birthday Party. I have been to parties and dinners for years and the employees always go above and beyond to serve you. We usually eat takeout from there regularly also.

food was ok. service was awful, pizza wasn't cut and I had to cut it myself. not one waitress checked on us the whole hour we were there. no menus other than the one as soon as you walk in.

had to cut my own pizza with the serving spatula. kinda got ghetto vibes from here. no hard menus either. Needs a lot of updates, and more friendly staff.

Order here semi-regularly, food quality is consistently high. Any time there's an issue the friendly staff are willing to help resolve it. Will continue eating here with my family any chance we get.

An amazing experience. Very nice staff and quick along with being attentive. I ordered the Italian sub. It was very tasty. The topping were very fresh! We also tried there French fries. They were very crispy and had amazing flavor. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend!!!Parking: Plenty of free parking!

We ordered our food and only got half of it. We went to the counter to see where the rest of it was and someone said we didn't pay for the rest. We showed our receipt and it was finally found in a to-go box. We were never offered a discount and the waitress never checked on us.

Not what I expect from my beloved Giovanni’s. Extra floppy and sloppy. Bad crust, too much sauce, and Giovanni’s does not put the toppings over the cheese other than banana peppers. Giovanni’s also serves the most delicious garlic bread sliced and a piece of cheese on each slice when added. Here I got a dry loaf of bread with a slice of cheese over the top of the loaf. If you’re going to use the Giovanni’s name you need to follow the Giovanni’s protocol!
