Dined in and got a salad from the salad bar. 1st bite - I had to spit it out in a napkin. Something tasted rotted. I believe it was the ham. The cucumbers were slimy & I didn’t even dare put that in my mouth. My husband got a pepperoni lovers melt p’zone- that had 1 layer of pepperoni and very little cheese. I ordered a 6pc bone in wings naked. 1 of the wings honestly looked like a very small deep fried cauliflower. The other 5 wings were decent. And the french fries tasted good. BUT Overall that was a waste of $38.00. Will NOT be back at this location and it’s a shame because it has such a nice dining area & very spacious for family outings and such.

We placed order and waited one hour and when we went in to pick up the order they had given our order to someone else and was trying to give us someone else’s order and had to argue with them to get my money back…. VERY POOR customer service

I ordered 3 pizzas online from chapmanville wv Pizza Hut. I paid the cashier $42.16 and she disappeared behind the counter for 7minutes. Yes I was clock watching because these were for a bunch of hungry toddlers at a family cook out. Another lady, I assume the manager, said that they had given my pizzas to someone else and that they could either remake them or give me an “in store credit”. I’m a nice person and realize mistakes happen. I said “just give me my money back”. Her reply “ we don’t give refunds” I was dumbfounded! I had a party waiting 15 minutes away. What was I to say except… she wouldn’t give me my money back and I don’t want a credit that, now, I will never use , so I said remake them. Do you think that I got anything other than a lame “sorry”? Yeh I got 3 pizzas that I would be ashamed to sell to someone, especially someone whose order I goofed on and had to remake! Pitiful!

This might have been the absolute worst experience I've ever had while eating out. This will be long, because I'm going to be detailed.
Everything started off ok. The lady took our drink orders and walked away. From this moment forward everything was insanity! The first bad thing that happened, was the waitress spilled my lemonade all over my mother and underneath our table, forcing us to move. Her answer to this was to bring a broom and dustpan over to sweep up the ice. From this moment forward every step taken inside was sticky and squeaky, not to mention how wet and sticky my mother was.
We moved tables, and the lady eventually came back to take our order. I need to get this out of the way. The girl wasn't rude in any way! She was very nice and courteous, but she was also extremely slow and for lack of a better word, incompetent! She attempted to take our orders, but she knew nothing about the menu or the options offered, and couldn't answer simple questions about prices or topping changes. No joke, it took her about 10 minutes to get our orders written down (3 people), then she walked to the back to input our orders, or so we thought. About 25 minutes after taking our orders, she came out to ask us something, but it wasn't if we needed refills. She then informed us that she was going to put our order in now, and told us she had been on the phone. We were shocked, and told her to forget it. She pleaded with us to be patient, she said it would only be about 7-10 more minutes. We told her to make all the orders to go, that we couldn't wait any longer. Another 22 minutes passed before she came out with the food. No offer at all for all the time we waited, not a discount or anything?
There were also at least 3 other people working at this time, but for some reason our waitress was doing everything.
This was just an all around terrible experience, and I now understand why no one eats at Pizza Hut anymore. Whoever owns this place needs to do something before these people destroy their business!
This was on Friday May 30th, or Saturday June 1st, I'm not positive about which. Around 2:00pm.

Don't waste your time ordering anything here, takes them 2 hours to make an order, incompetent from top to bottom. Go to Giovanni's instead.

Great food, worst service. I’ve tried on multiple occasions, but they just can’t get it together. I’ve had to cancel an order twice, and a third time they claim they never received it through the app.Also…you can’t get delivery through the PH app even though the store offers delivery.Terrible, terrible management. Never a friendly face or smile from any of the employees.

I literally had the worst experience tonight with delivery from here. Mr. Martin O owe’s me $$ for the trip he did not make to deliver my order (in fact he left the store before even delivering). We were at a hotel 5 mins away and ordered delivery. Unfortunately that won’t happen again. My husband ended up having to go and retrieve our order after 1hr 30mins of waiting & retrieving multiple updates of times it will arrive. After I called the Driver to ask if we can just come get it my husband went to retrieve it only to find out the driver left and was not intending to deliver our food but in-fact not in the store. At first they were gonna refuse to give my husband our order because Mr. Martin O wasn’t there to sign off on our order (keep in mind I asked him if we can just come get it.) but my husband did get hostile a little due to the 1hr and 30 min wait we had and him and our children being hungry because we paid $100.69 for this order. They finally allowed him to take our order after a few words. When he comes back they forgot to give us our drinks we had ordered along side it. I’m literally appalled by the Martin O guy acting like the store was too busy as an excuse to take an hr and 30 mins long to deliver but then to dip and not even deliver, but instead lead us on to believe it was arriving when in fact he dipped.

Really disappointed with the service. I called and told the boy I Wanted the $7.00 deal. I told him I wanted pepperoni. He never mentioned to get the deal you needed to purchase 2 items which would have been fine. So went to pickup my order and it was $14.00 for 1 medium pizza. THAT'S $14.00 FOR ONE MEDIUM PIZZA. I could have ordered a large. It's not the first time this has happened on pizza deals at this Pizza Hut. How about some training and explain to the service personnel courtesy goes a long way.
