love the casino but never buy your event tickets through their ticket center always buy through ticket master. we got screwed out of 388.00 this past weekend for the Earthquake show. they left us in but we had to sit in the back instead of front row because I was never emailed the tickets until the start of the show that said I had to be at a desk top or lap top to accept the tickets only because I called and complained.clesson learned.

its a nice casino. you win and loose thats the deal. The drink machines need better maintenance and the restaurants need to be open more in the eatery. Its clean and the slot attendants are nice. The one thing I see here is lots of people complaining about the smoking. its a Casino, Thats what people do at Casinos Gamble. Drink and smoke. if you don't like it go to Maryland. The casinos suck there. I've never won a thing. There are no restrooms in the high limit area and no bar. Plus you have to pay them before they will even bring you a drink. At Hollywood I get my drinks free. My payoffs are usually quick and I can smoke or not smoke. its my choice. So you non smoking whiners can just go to Maryland so you can be comfy and told what to do. 😆 🤣 😂 Oh and don't wet yourself when you have to run across the casino for a restroom. 😆 🤣 😂

Jo is the bartender she missed up the whole my food I called the manager he came ask me to correct my order she is obviously not concerned to the customer order especially Tuesday she is acting as a bartender she is rude whatever I ask to change my order she said we don’t have it she throw up my food on the table my burger was on the ground she missed up with my salad , and my fries loaded and my Burger absolutely she is terrible bartender I hope the management’s concern it

Can you all consider turning the self-serve soda and ice machines back on? I know you want us to have to tip the servers, but the servers rarely come around, and when they do, they serve watered-down soda from the tray that's been sitting for 20-30 minutes.

whoever is managing it now has ruined it. ALL the ice machines not working, nobody bringing drinks around. breakfast at the inn is pitiful now. Will never go back

Very Reasonable and Great Tasting! The staff is wonderful! The waitress Asia was super nice and very professional.

Only had the burger, and all I can say is avoid it. Everything on top, and on bottom of the burger was ok, but the patty itself was hospital grade.
