How do you run out of whoppers? Especially during a promotion? Either your manager needs help running shift or is just lazy. FYI the burgers on the other burgers are the same thing. I mean, if you're out of whoppers, you're out of everything. Then close. That would save you from getting bad reviews. Just some insight! Customer service is absolutely just unknown to you guys.

It was 9:30 in the morning and I asked for whopper jrs and was told that this Burger King does not honor what all the other burger kings do with being able to order lunch all day long. Lady was very rude and didn’t even ask if I wanted breakfast food at that point! Would not recommend coming here at all after seeing all the other reviews as well about the sub par food making!

Orlando took our order, was patient and helpful with our off menu order. He was polite as he read our order back to ensure he was correct. After our order went back to the cooks, one of them asked him clarifying questions to ensure he made everything correct. All around great service!

They were open. It was 6:30am. Went through drive through with no response. Went around and parked near the entrance. Lady in charge of drive through was talking to coworker with drive through headphones in her hand. I walked in, I hear her say, that customers won't let her, get herself settled. I go, to the counter, and NOW she responds to drive through while I wait.

Last time I was there The person on the microphone is sad. They'll be right with me. I waited 20 minutes, got mad, started to leave. Wife told me to turn around cuz she really wanted cheesy tots then I got my order within 10 minutes

I pulled in around 11:15 AM on 5 Nov and ordered a Whopper to go at the drive-through. Got on the road and on route 9 headed over the Blue Ridge opened the burger. It was two dry patties of beef on a bun, nothing else. .nada....no sauce, no nothing. It was inedible. I couldn't go back to return it and got no receipt.

I go to this Burger King once or twice a month. For my last three visits, my food was lukewarm, and one time it was wrong. It is usually in the evening between 8 PM and 9 PM so maybe they just don’t care because their day is almost over.
