Margarita and her team made our wedding reception a study in perfection. We received such impeccable service, she literally made the event for me and my husband. The set up was beautiful, every detail was stunning. She dealt with the torrential downpour on our outdoor wedding day with grace and professional perfection. And she was a calming and supportive presence for this stressed bride.And oh the food! The crab cakes were swoon worthy, the cheese and charcuterie table had people going back for seconds and thirds, and her vanilla cake was the best cake I have ever eaten at a wedding. We even had a vegan chocolate cake that our guests refused to believe was vegan, it was so rich and delicious.Margarita worked with us via phone and email, since we live in Albuquerque, NM and the wedding was in Charles Town, WV. She was responsive, accommodating to our gluten free guests, and more than reasonable on price. She handled all the rentals, the service, and clean up. Her experience with events like ours was invaluable and every detail was exquisite.Our family has worked with Margarita twice and would do so again without hesitation. I can not recommend anyone more highly!

Margarita catered our wedding about a month ago...we LOVED her!!! She worked with us the whole time. She even had us over for a taste test. It was fabulous! Our food was amazing. It was a little windy that day so her burners went out which made the food a little cold but it was still the best day of our lives. All that we imagined and the food made it that much better!!!

Margarita catered my retirement dinner and she did a fabulous job. She spent a lot of time working with me on the details of the menu which I greatly appreciated. The food was excellent and the presentation was outstanding. She organized the entire dinner with a well thought-out schedule and everything went like clock work. My guests all greatly appreciate fine food and they were so impressed with Margarita's dinner. Margarita is also a very charming and fun person - as are all of the people that work with her. It was a joy to have them in my home serving the dinner - all of my guests really enjoyed them. I would not hesitate to hire Catering By Margarita for future parties and dinners.

Margarita's service was wonderful from start to finish. She communicated promptly and clearly throughout the process, taking care to ensure we understood each other. She provided excellent advice to fine-tune our menu selections for a variety of dietary preferences, and very quickly instilled great confidence in her abilities to handle everything connected with preparing and serving the food. Our dinner was delicious, attractively presented, and expertly served. Clean-up was efficient and complete. We were hosting a group of "foodies", including some very talented amateur chefs, and everyone was enthusiastic about the quality of the food. I highly recommend her!

I was so impressed with a luncheon that Margarita catered that my husband and I hired her for our daughter's wedding reception. We were so exceedingly pleased with her services that we hired her for two more wedding receptions.Margarita's professionalism makes her a dream to work with on any occasion. Her menu selection is amazing and every thing she makes is simply fabulous. Servings are plentiful and beautifully presented too.Margarita and her staff helped to make our daughters wedding receptions run smoothly. I worked closely w/ Margarita for our wedding. She was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. We developed the menu as a team and I could not have been happier w/ the results. Everything was fantastic. Her team did an amazing job. She is a fantastic cook and person all around! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
