The service was very friendly and fast, but that's the only good part. The food was not good at all. The worst "fried rice" I've ever had. Normally fried rice has egg, carrots, peas, onion, or scallions...something! This had nothing but wet soggy brown rice with I'm guessing soy sauce mixed in, so gross I sent it back immediately. The chicken was weirdly spongy, the beef was stringy, and the over all experience was a failure.

This is a diamond in the rough. The food is so good, we had to walk it off in Walmart which is right next to it. The Dining Room is OPEN. The service was awesome and the food is to die for. I have found the best Chinese Restaurant in Charles Town, WV.

This restaurant serves great Chinese food and also sushi, both with the same care to details, freshness and quality. I’m always impressed with the service whether it’s a server or one of the owners who always remember us. I have had parties, dinner and lunch with a friend or a few and alone. All of the experiences were great and the people are just lovely and local! I’m a big tofu eater and it’s easy to find plenty of options in all the categories.

CHINA FORTUNE was absolutely atrocious and the food was awful and the combination noodles stunk like a dead rat was fried up. Their sushi was barely mediocre, the combination fried rice was forgotten and replaced with plain rice, they act like giving you more than half an ounce of soy sauce is going to kill them. If this review doesn't tell you something, please feel free to eat it. The crab Rangoon was the only bright spot of this whole order but I've had better in a mall food court. Steer clear of China Fortune.
