LONG JOHN SILVER'S IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT FOR YEARS .WE DID HAVE ONE IN FREDERICK MARYLAND BUT THEY SHUTDOWN FOR SOME STUPID REASON. SO MY KIDS WENT TO CHARLES TOWN VA. TO GET OUR FAMILY TWO FAMILY MEALS MY KIDS KNOW I LOVE LJS THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC 🤩💜 COMING THERE AGAIN SOON. MY BABIES LOVE THEIR MOMMY 💜💜

I thought A & W would have great burgers. I was beyond disappointed. They tasted horrible. Even my kids didnt want to eat it & they eat everything. The fries tasted like long John silvers fish crust. Plus we waited 20 min in the drive thru for 2 kids meals & 1 burger. I got the bacon cheeseburger & they gave me HALF A PIECE of bacon! Not even 1 whole piece, 1 HALF! The root beer float was good, but that was the ONLY thing that was.

Caitlyn was one of the best staff attendants we’ve ever had. It also appeared that she was doing everything (taking orders,
cooking and attending the window). Very pleasant. We will return because of her. The fish was cooked perfect. I cannot comment on the atmosphere as we went through the drive-thru. Excellent customer service. She’s definitely an asset. Had to leave a review!

Didn't get food. The person working the front of the store wouldn't take my order and I refused to use the kiosk. We walked out.

Their service is horrible. Our second time here. Decided to give them a second chance because the first time we had to wait a half hour for food but they were having staffing issues. This time going on 20 minutes waiting and there are still at least 10 ppl waiting for their food also. The workers could care less and the manager is indifferent. Just ridiculous. They don’t even have anyone at the counter to take orders.

Nearly an hour to go through the drive thru and I'm still waiting for food - I typically am pretty patient but that was nuts and no one said anything in the way of an apology for the wait.

Just had a doordash here. I waited 20 minutes for it. There was four other people waiting a head of me. The cook and the guy severing were lost and moving very slow. One lady was in the office just wandering around. Noone was helping customers at register and them leaving. While another employee is on FaceTime in the lobby washing the same window 3 times not helping. I'd stay clear the worst it's ever been!!!!!

I've been here several times and each time the ervice was slow, like waiting over 10 minutes for my meal Slow. Ill just avoid this location and take my biz elsewhere.

Root beer is good. Food was aberate overall, but cheese curds were very spoiled… Staff were friendly. Unsanitary seating/restaurant, slug-paced service, and in desperate need of a manager. I can see possibly returning for a root beer if I really had a craving and time to spare.

Spent 5-10 minutes waiting to order. I waited over 25 minutes for my food because they served 2 people first that ordered after me. My friend finished his food before I even got mine..Horrible customer service, and the food was mediocre..Not worth it for almost a $20 meal..

I always love the food here. The thing I have to be careful about is the grease. If I don't soak it up with napkins, it makes me nauseated.
