First time visiting this place coming from NJ and look what I got IN MY ROOT BEER FLOAT

15 minute wait minimum walk in or drive through. You could get better service in a back alley in baltimore.

incredibly slow, Dirty, and extremely rude. Avoid this place. Worst customer service in Charlestown Ranson area.

The food and service was satisfactory. My concern is that the location could use a little TLC and fix up starting with the restroom since it looked like it needed to be cleaned up and maybe updated a little bit.

Run down location, not kept up or clean, food was poor, staff very lazy

I live in Maryland and every now and then I crave Long John Silvers fish. The staff here is super friendly and the food I got through the drive-through was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The fish sandwich was great and the hush puppies are always a very good.I’ve been coming over here for years and I don’t think the owner does anything to update this place. Now I wasn’t inside today but the outside could definitely use some sprucing up. It just looks really rundown and honestly the last time I was inside it looked like it could use some updating too. It’s just a shame that the owner doesn’t take more pride and how the business looks.

I spent $40 at Long John Silver’s in the drive-thru for a salmon meal, expecting a good meal, only to be completely disappointed. The rice under my salmon was rock hard, as if it hadn’t even been cooked—just straight out of the bag. Every bite was crunchy and inedible. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I’m tired of wasting money on what’s supposed to be good food. This was a huge letdown, and I won’t be coming back if the quality keeps going downhill.

The food was fresh and tasty, the employees were very friendly, The was a little messy, like they had been busy and haven't had a chance to clean up.

The awful smell walking inside was like a kick in the face. Everything was super sticky, I mean literally everything! Super dirty. Staff was rude. The guy in the kitchen didn’t have gloves on while dipping the food in the batter. I should’ve turned around and walked out but it was nostalgic and I hadn’t been since I was a kid. DON’T GO! It’s disgusting!!

My son and I have never been to a Long John silver's so when we were out in Charleston West Virginia we thought we would give it a shot. there food is absolutely horrific the batter to the fish wasn't even fully cooked it was still dough like inside the green beans taste like they were sitting all day long they were rubbery they were so salty we took one bite and we had to spit it out. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal I will never ever eat another Long John silver's ever again. You would think the people behind the counter would take the initiative to at least heat the food to proper temperature but apparently that was too much work for them. My son and I might even got a little touch of food poisoning because the next morning our stomachs were not feeling good we had to go grab some local Pepto-Bismol. The $30 worth of food that we ordered we ate about $5 worth we did make a complaint but we never heard anything back. If you like your stomach and you light your food fresh and properly cooked don't go here.

Pretty bad haven't had sweet tea in over 2 weeks because a nozzle this place has went so far down hill it's always empty and has turned horrible

Only drive through because they can't get people to work. Planks don't seem to be as good as they used to be....
