Long John Silver's | A&W (70027)

Had a great experience at Long John Silver’s | A&W! The food was good and the hospitality really stood out. A staff member even greeted everyone with high fives and sang a birthday song for a guest. I just moved here from out of state and felt very welcomed. Such a nice surprise at a fast food spot!!

Don’t come here if you are in a hurry literally had to wait for 30 minutes just to get my order And the drive-through very unorganized

Waiter 10 min in drive thru, left, will not return , no one else inside or in drive thru, left and went to Burger King which is faster

First time here at this location. Place is always busy when I pass by here. Gave it a shot and was not disappointed. Food took some time to get out but it was hot and fresh.

Only two issues.
One... They were out of root beer lol. Love us some A&W.
Two... The cost of everything. Was higher than I prefer for fast food.

Staff was friendly, talkative, and was working hard to get everyones order out. Only real complaint is location. It's awkward getting to with people leaving from Walmart. Parking is small. Feels a little compact/crowded.

Got the fish basket today was a waste of money fries were hard couldn't eat half of them hush puppies were hard and fish was stale like its been sitting out too long. Definitely will not be going back. Was a waste of money

Stop by here for a tasty Island Breeze or Root Beet Float. Windell went above and beyond for all the customers in the store.

Our order was correct, the food was all warm and delicious..... However we tried to sit in three different booths all the seats were sticky, and some food on most of the chairs. As well as there was a small puddle in front of the trash can when we walked in with no sign and non was ever plqced our entire done in experience

I stopped at the Charles Town, WV location late 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.
First to use the restroom before ordering. No toilet tissue in the holder that can house 2 rolls. Who did the close Monday night? Who opened Tuesday morning? Where was mid shift checking to see if the restroom were being taken care of? What employee left the restroom without washing their hands?
At the order counter, one employee on the drive thru window did not acknowledge my presence at the counter though he looked straight at me. Another employee came from the back to replenish his drink and THREW the remnants at the machine before refilling. He also looked at me, no acknowledgement there either. Needless to say I could not nor did I place an order. I was on the end of a 5 hour trip down from NJ on my way to Winchester and I wanted some dinner so I didn't have to cook. I took my money elsewhere. (I'm a former fast food manager and this stop, in my opinion, doesn't meet minimum requirements for customer service.)

Terrible. Food was cold and very small portions. Restaurant was filthy dirty. Had to wipe my table off before could sit down. Condiment station was dirty. One of the workers came out and laid down on a bench and started vaping inside.

I wish they would make a comeback. One of my all-time favorite places to eat. Older people you need to introduce your grandkids to fish and chips:)

They are horribly understaffed but the food was good there was this awful man screaming and cursing at these poor young ladies being so mean because they were taking a while and then one lady dropped the tongs and he got so red in the face yelling and screaming at her that poor lady looked like she was about to cry wish there was more kindness in this world

AWFUL!! This place is the worst of any LJS!! FILTHY! My wife and I say a HAIL MARY before we eat there. We made the trip from Leesburg. Today, 7/6/25, we drove there and the doors were LOCKED. I knocked on the door and the employee told me the they were over the capacity in the dining area. I saw plenty of seating available. Then we attempted to go the drive thu and was told it would be 20 minutes for someone to take our order. LOL. They were obviously short of staff. NO MORE. PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!
