The McDonalds in Charles Town is under horrible management. They ignore mobile orders and make you stand there over half hour without ever acknowledging you. After a half hour, I had to ask for my order. I got it in 2 minutes, but the sandwich was wrong and they gave me ketchup for my hashbrown? Drive to Brunswick, MD if you want McDonalds food. Those folks over there know what they’re doing. Skip the Charles Town location.
We love McDonald’s but the one in Charles town, wv is horrible. We ordered our food from the kiosk and took our table number. They don’t bring you the food but yell the receipt number. Never have I saw this. Then in our order put for extra sauce which we did not get. When went up to ask the manager stated we don’t get sauce unless we pay that is corporate rules. I don’t mind paying but why should I follow up and why does the kiosks allow for it. Attached you will see receipt.
