I only do this when it's necessary. I don't know your name but to the guy in the safety vest and the blue covid mask on 2/9/2024 @ 11am. 2 #7's = 4 burgers.... if I order 2 additional burgers it equals 6 total burgers. I can't help that your co-workers can't take an order properly yet acknowledge everything I ordered. If you want argue about basic math champ go back to elementary school.Remember 2 #7 meals and 2 additional cheese burgers the contents in the bag should be 6 burgers and 2 fries. Guess what you still got my order wrong even after you shoved the bag back at me. Very professional of you.

This McDonald's used to be great, but has declined immensely over the years. If you don't want to wait 30 plus minutes for a single sandwich, and a drink just drive to ranson. It's not that much farther and The better service is worth the drive.

Foods great don’t get me wrong and I used to work here. But I had to get my triple cheese burger remade 3 times it was supposed to just have no onion. First time it was right but had 2 patties and one slice of cheese 2 there was onions and 3rd it was plain. And don’t listen to the “good reviews” half of em are employees trying to make the stars go up.

This place used to be great - but it’s definitely not anymore. The past 2 times I’ve gone, I’ve ordered on the kiosk. the kiosk doesn’t print you a receipt or give you a #, how convenient. To make a long story short, you wait forever for your food, you then have to wait some more to get a straw/refill/ketchup packet because they now ration everything out, and when you finally sit down to enjoy your food you realize they messed your order up and you have to get back in line - it’s a never ending waiting game. To make the waiting game even more fun, employees actively HIDE from the front. They see 20 people waiting in the lobby and turn their backs right on you. I feel like McDonald’s owes me $$$ I’ve had to sit in there so long on their poor service.

So after a long day at work I stopped and ordered through drive thru to munch on something. Well the lady who handed me my item's was so rude and definitely unprofessional. She handed me my item's while ranting on with an employee well I asked nicely " excuse me ma'am can I have some buffalo sauce" she goes off and says it's " 25c per sauce" obviously it's not cause I have always asked and gotten 2 sauces. Well even though I said that wasn't a thing she kept saying "25c" and well I left because she was really rude and even though she looked like she was old she definitely wasn't acting her age by the way she was talking to me. The fact that I spoke to her nicely didn't mean for her to give attitude she could have been more professional.The employee is directed to the African American lady with red hair at the drive thru window that was there at 3:10pm. Can't say anything else about the other's but manager needs to retrain some employees.
