Authentic Mexican food to die for. No photos of my food it was devoured. Highly highly recommend. Hot fresh meal and excellent service!!

Placed an online order. Was about 10 minutes past estimated time before we got our food. Got home and opened bags and they had given us the wrong order. Called and they told us to bring the food back and they would make new. Back at the store 90% sure they took the food we returned rebagged and set it on the counter to give to the other patron that had left while their food was to be remade. Waited another 40 minutes for our order to come out after asking for the manager to explain what was taking so long. Was offered dessert as compensation. The desserts were premade (or store bought) and half frozen still, 100% recommend do not buy their desserts. Thought they might comp the meals or offer a gift card for the future since we were 2+ hours to get our after originally ordering. Gift card would have been the only way we go back again. Just an awful experience.

The refried beans smell like they are leftover from yesterday not good, 2 times they mess the ordered got chicken instead of Al pastor. The rice got a smell too

I am happy that other people have had a good experience but my party of 10 wasn't a great experience at all waiter was very friendly we ordered everyone's food came but MINE IT TOOK ANOTHER 25 MINUTES to get mine which was cold and Soggy it was breaded chicken but the breading was all falling off and food was cold everyone else was done eating I felt rushed to hurry up and eat because they were all done and ready to go because we were all freezing most of us had tortillas with our dinner and they forgot them when they finally brought them they would be the wrong kind if you ordered corn you got flour if you ordered flour you got corn everybody got the wrong tortillas to begin with two people in the party didn't receive the tortillas until they were finished with their meal we had to keep asking for more of whatever we wanted drinks ,chips, salsa, I moved here JUST over a year ago have been thinking about trying this place and now I finally did, don't think I'll be back I understand that people get busy and things can happen I would probably say the worst part was not getting my meal until everybody else was already finished with theirs and ready to go😕

Im being asked to tell you about this gem...but i love that I can still get a table, with a reasonable wait. The service is exemplary, the food is plentiful, fresh, and flavorful. And the value???? In today's world, WHAT A DEAL!!! Dine in or take out...don't pass up their yummy warm chips and zippy salsa...or the banana burrito at the end!

The service was quick and the servers were very friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. Will go back the next time we visit Charles Town.
