Just waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, got tried and left. Poor service

I like this place. The strawberry lemonade has to be illegal bc it’s so good!! The biscuits are sometimes hard hockey pucks and the staff is very young / flustered but the other food items are usually pretty fresh. If you want decent Popeyes you can go here safely. Just don’t expect a fresh biscuit.

This place has to be the worst fast food restaurant in Chatlestown. Order over $50.00 at the drive-thru. What did they mess up? Order 8 drinks of sweet tea, guess what all unsweetened tea. Order mashed potatoes with no gravy, guess what half had gravy on them. Order certain sauces, guess what got every other sause but not what I asked for. Order a box of biscuits, guess what they completely forget to give me the biscuits. Go inside and talk to someone. Told him they forgot the biscuits, and all 8 of my teas were unsweetened, not sweet. He handed me a box of biscuits, and that was it. No, sorry, no apologie, no 8 sweet teas, nothing. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and this restaurant. Finally, I got to sit down and eat, and the spicy chicken tenders were like eating jerky, extremely dry, and tough. The mashed potatoe portion was extremely small. Save yourself a trip and disappoint dont go to this Popeyes.

They were advertising 12pc tender bundle on their sign. I went in to purchase the special, again that they have on their sign AND they told me that they could not sell it to me because: 1. They don't have the button on their screen anymore (that is what the manager said). 2. That he had no control over being able to get the sign changed, so therefore he could not sell me the food .....

Terrible, terrible customer service. I have had this happen several times and they never take any responsibility.

Train the cashier to have just a tiny bit of courtesy. I said thank you and he granted yup. Yup? Also get the order right and stop leaving out stuff. Stop serving old dry chicken. Yall need a total revamp. Just horrible!

Don't waste your money. Portions are extremely disappointing. 4 pieces of a humming bird. 1/4 cup of mac n cheese and oh they filled the mashed potatoe cup " how generous" $20. Never again!!!

I've experienced some slow movement at the drive-through at times. But in their defense, I often arrive during prime time for the dinner rush. I suppose the high volume of customers speaks enough for the quality they provide. They have won me over in the chicken sandwich war.

2 young guys one the cook one at front counter goofing off my 7 min wait for food to be ready turned into 18 mins. Positive fun is good but paying attention to customers is first.
