Had food delivered. Spent $50 and didn’t receive our 2 apple pies and cheese on our chicken sandwiches. Not hard to do.

I never really make post if not at all for review, but past couple of month the some items has been missing in the orders my family would make whether it was fries, chicken tenders, and today, the 3 piece chicken.
Chicken is still good.. but I never really seen a fast food place that has missing items in orders pretty around 60-70% of the time.

I got a chicken sandwich meal and a coleslaw on the side the sandwich was good but the coleslaw was slimy like when you pick up cheesy Mac cheese 😅

I wasn't going to post a review but...
I ordered a chicken wrap with no cheese and no pickles and received both
They did not put the signature sauce in the bag for the chicken dippers.
The person who was sweeping the floor didn't wash their hands before dipping their hand into the ice bin

July 25, 2025 in Charles Town West Virginia. On two different occasions I have ordered a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich to go. (Walkin order) when I got home there was no bacon or cheese on the sandwich. Very disappointed! I wish the employees that make your order would pay more attention to their job and prepare the food the way it was ordered.

My go to lunch in C-town.

Lazy workers, bad service on multiple occasions and screwed up orders. Just tonight our uber eats driver had to turn around because they gave her the wrong order and they STILL messed up our order after that. Definitely avoid this location.

Had no problem taking the money for a mobile order but when my husband arrived to pick it up was told it was not in there system and they couldn’t help us. So now $40 wasted and no dinner.

This Popeyes location is hands down the BEST one I’ve ever been to. One week I came here 3-4 times because it was just THAT good. My food always comes out piping hot. Moreover, it comes out pretty quick. I placed a mobile order, got in and got my drink, sat down, and my order was ready. The employees are very very friendly, polite and accommodating. I really enjoy the seating arrangements here. They have a couple of high bar stools with a table top, normal seats and tables, and they’re pretty comfortable.

The chicken was dry, is the second time I have this problem in this location

Chicken was dry and looked at least a day old. I ordered the spicy, it had no taste

Food is good, but I just brought home my 10 piece meal and it only has 2 breasts and 8 wings; not what I consider a family meal.
