Great job here! Chicken fresh and delicious. Mac and cheese is delicious. We fight over it in my family😃 Employees are friendly and helpful. Stopped going to KFC when they got so expensive.

I eat here often. It’s mostly hit than miss. I won’t stop eating here because of a few mistakes. I just let them know and they do make it right.

I drive 20 minutes away and everytime I come here and they mess up almost my entire order every single time I’m sick of these workers not paying attention literally making me waste my money and gas.

This is by far the best Popeyes I visited yet. They are all kind, quick, respectful and generous. I’ve come through here several times so I know it wasn’t just a one-off. I appreciate how the manager runs this location and how productive & courteous the employees are. Now, both my dogs who go with me wag their tails immediately as I pull up. THANK YOU!

I ordered a unsweet tea because I’m Diabetic asked for Splenda or low sweetener and was told they don’t have any of that. So we leave fries was cold. Got a order of rice and beans and it looked like it was half empty for $40 spent. I feel like I should’ve had more in that. won’t be coming back to this Popeyes.

This Popeyes is the best! It’s not easy cooking chicken like that in a fast food set up and every time I go in there, I can tell the whole team is working as hard as they can to deliver the quickest and best customer service that they possibly can the manager there is super tentative to what customers may need and I had needed some help with something tonight and the manager came up and help me so quickly and it really was just awesome customer service and being someone that knows from working in the industry before myself I just wanted it to be known that i appreciated the entire teams efforts.

Really glad to have this Popeyes location in Charles Town, my husband and I love it. I just wanted to drop a review because the last 4 or 5 times that we have gone through the drive through, we are always missing something when we get home. Sometimes it’s just straws or the sauces that we asked for, but sometimes we are actually missing all of our sides (mashed potatoes, rice & beans, mac and cheese, etc.). The amount that this location gives you has become much less generous as of late as well. If you order 5 tenders, they give you 4 or 5 really tiny strips about the size of a McDonald’s chicken nugget in some cases. Has there been a recent management change? Things seem to have started downhill about 8 months ago at this location. Hoping to see some positive changes made.

P.S. I am a huge fan of the strawberry sweet tea! Please make this a regular menu item!

Honestly I never do this, Mac and cheese had the GROSSEST taste I’ve ever had from here. (Like it had been sitting under the warmer all day or been burnt over electric griddle) Biscuits were dry as a bone, wings were COVERED in sauce so much it wasn’t edible, and the chicken sandwich was so bland all I could taste were pickles on it. Chicken had no flavor. Honestly we used to love this Popeyes, yes miss a sauce here and there but it’s fast food I don’t expect perfection After this last purchase, having to throw out basically the entire meal besides coleslaw, we won’t be coming back. I never leave bad reviews and I’m so sorry but it was actually non edible.
