Because of the great reviews, I was eagerly looking forward to eating here. If you are from the Northeast, you will not like the food here. The pastries and the bagels are appalling if you have expectations that it will taste anything like you've enjoyed previously. Clearly there's something people who haven't been exposed to actual pastries and actual bagels like about this place, so keep your expectations realistic.

I'm from New Jersey where bagels are life and I was excited to try this place out. 1st concern there is no pricing and they never have all the ingredients to do a proper bagel sandwich. The locs taste spoiled. Bagels and pastries are never fresh like they been sitting for days. It's not very clean and smells a little funky.

The bagels here are amazing. My favorite are the egg. Pretty much everything here that is based on bread is worth getting. The folks have always been personable and fun and the prices are fair.

I recently visited this bakery for the first time and had a mixed experience. The staff was friendly, and the bagel with cream cheese was quite good. However, I was really disappointed with the pastries. They tasted dry and stale, as if they were made at least few days ago. It was clear they weren’t fresh, and honestly, they should have been thrown out rather than sold to customers. While I appreciated the service, this really affected my experience, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back nor will recommend it to anybody!
I hope they can improve the quality of their pastries moving forward.

The best bagels in town. The honey walnut & the strawberry cream cheese are heavenly and they do not skimp on it! Also grabbed some of the chicken salad for lunch later in the day and I'm fighting to not eat the entire container! so delicious. Tuna salad is great too! Some items are a bit pricey but I've loved everything I've gotten so far.
*UPDATE AS OF 9-25* Went to get some of my favorite chicken salad today and it was completely different. Tasted like canned chicken, was flavorless & absolutely dreadful. So disappointed that I had to come update my review.

Holy crap. I'm in love. My first time, brought by someone who's been going since 2010-ish. Amazing sandwich, amazing cookies. Don't mind how the strip mall looks, the restaurant is clean and the staff is super friendly. And the food is the bomb diggity! Good portion size, good price, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.

This is without a doubt THE best place for a sub sandwich that goes beyond all the other shops in the area. They may be a small deli/bakery, but the food is fresh, not frozen, and you have to sit on the sub to get it into your mouth! Cannot say enough good about Royalicious. 10 ⭐️

It's definitely more of a grab and go shop. They have like 2-3 tables outside but not much of a hangout spot, but the sandwiches are great and they have a key lime cake that is extremely tasty and stays good in the fridge for a few days.
