Both of our drinks were made incorrectly. My drink that comes with whipped cream did not have whipped cream. Both drinks tasted like they were old. 3 employees standing and only 1 (young gentleman) actually sping anything.

I’m upset that you can’t order from the app other than that nothing bad to say about that but everything else is amazing when you enter the store through that way they might say hello when they’re not too busy rather go to that one

I started coming to the martins Starbucks because the Charles town Starbucks always screws up your drinks, they forget key ingredients like the sweetener. I got a Frappuccino today from martins get home, taste the drink and it’s disgusting. No sweetener. I’m sorry when you pay 7.00 for a drink this shouldn’t happen. This is just the final straw with me and Starbucks. Im going to use all points and be done with Starbucks for good. I was buying Starbucks every day for my coworker and I. They will not get another dime from me. I was spending roughly 300 a month at Starbucks but not anymore. I’m done wasting my money on subpar overpriced drinks.
