My first time there. It was so busy. My order was to be ready at 1207pm it wasnt ready until almost 1225pm. My order was missing parts of it. I was only asked once if I could be helped. It was not a good experience. Probably my only visit.

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks! I come EVERYDAY! The staff is exceptional! Amy, Luis & Mark are truly the kindest, sweetest souls. I feel welcomed, respected and appreciated at every visit! Their have also been some new faces that have joined and they too are phenomenal!! I order a pretty simple drink but I like A LOT of espresso in my Venti (6 shots) and many many times at other Starbucks they forget or purposely give me a $13 drink with only 2 shots of Espresso (like I won't tell). However, this Starbucks aims to please, if I ever have any issues Amy will assure my drink is either remade or I just have th add espresso if its that easy, they never argue. I think that shows trust in your customer to just do it. I can't say enough about this Starbucks other than Amy, Mark & Luis deserve raises and if they ever leave I'd be devastated, we hospital employees look forward to their cheery dispositions. Thank You for everything.

Both of our drinks were made incorrectly. My drink that comes with whipped cream did not have whipped cream. Both drinks tasted like they were old. 3 employees standing and only 1 (young gentleman) actually sping anything.

I’m upset that you can’t order from the app other than that nothing bad to say about that but everything else is amazing when you enter the store through that way they might say hello when they’re not too busy rather go to that one

I got a Frappuccino today from martins get home, taste the drink and it’s disgusting. No sweetener. I’m sorry when you pay 7.00 for a drink this shouldn’t happen. This is just the final straw with me and Starbucks. Im going to use all points and be done with Starbucks for good. I was buying Starbucks every day for my coworker and I. They will not get another dime from me. I was spending roughly 300 a month at Starbucks but not anymore. I’m done wasting my money on subpar overpriced drinks.
