The older woman who works here, typically at the window must hate her job. She's miserable and it shows. Sad that she's the one taking payment because she makes the rest of the staff look bad. Everyone else Ive encountered have always been kind and friendly, they always know it's us by our order and greet us, but this specefic employee has an attitude especially if you ask a question, add a drink, or ask for a straw. When she's the one giving my order I refuse to tip because I don't think she deserves it. Wish we could tip specefic employees when we know their the one's truly going out of their way to give customers a positive expierence. My rating is based off this employee because she's ruined our trip many many times.

This is one of the worst Starbucks where I’ve ever been to. They don’t really like to call out your name. It’s not really clean. It is very hard to stand in line when there’s boxes everywhere and I don’t expect a smile, but I expect a certain people skills when you’re working somewhere it seems like they hire people based on lack of people skills And if they can make it so customers don’t wanna be there. yes, I’ve worked retail. So I know it’s not fun but it’s literally like every time I come in here.

They always go above and beyond for their customers.♥️ this store is always very clean and organized and they always make my caramel macchiato just right. The store manager is amazing very friendly lady and definitely deserves a raise 🤑(Starbucks corporate if your listening)😉 If I ever have an issue they resolve immediately. This Starbucks gets my seal of approval ✅👍

An employed jumped in front of line to purchase Hello Kitty merchandise. With the exception of maybe one or two baristas the employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional compared to surrounding locations.

This Starbucks store is one of the cleanest best looking stores I've ever seen. The employees are very nice and polite. The drinks and the food come out phenomenal and fast, my favorite drink for the holidays is caramel Brulé and it's always done Perfect 😊 the manager is very nice,also hard-working never seen a manager work as hard always out on the floor helping customers
