Gave the cashier a tip, she said no words. Attempted to use the bathroom, way too disgusting…not flushed, hairs all over the rim, seat up, etc. Sat and got some work out while I waited. Heard my name called (I use a unique name for these things), go up to the counter, don’t see my order, no one will make eye contact. I sit again. Hear my name again, my hot sandwich is ready. No small iced coffee yet. I sit, not eating without my drink. Hear my name again, nothing there. I sit and work another 10+ min (5 people who came after me have been served and left). I walk up to the counter and see my drink. No one had called my name, no eye contact or social interaction by the staff. What a strange experience. I fear for the future if this is who will be in charge.😳 For the record, my spinach feta tomato wrap was decent and the iced coffee was made as I requested with a half pump of the horchata.

Ordered a Mocha Frappe and it taste horrible. Don’t understand how you can mess that up. Just clumps if ice with a hint of mocha and a dollop of whipped cream.
Every single time I come to this Starbucks something isn’t right ! My mom comes every single morning like clockwork. If I get an açaí w/ lemonade, I GET NO LEMONADE. If I get matcha with vanilla. I GET NO VANILLA. I ask for cinnamon on a drink I get no cinnamon. Let’s not talk about how many burnt chocolate croissant I’ve received. Today my matcha had CHUNKS of matcha powder all throughout my drink. Spent $23 on 2 drinks and had to have BOTH of them remade today. How are you charging me for ingredients & toppings but not putting them in my drink? It’s not like this is a one time thing, something is missing or wrong EVERY SINGLE VISIT. It’s becoming a waste of my time & money. I’m going to switch to the one in Fredrick bc this location can never meet my expectations. If I’m spending $7 -$10 on ONE drink. I expected it to at least be made correctly. The Starbucks in Martins is 5 ☆ compared to this location. Fast, efficient, delicious and ACCURATE.
