everytime I come in to pick up a doordash order in the morning the girl that works upfront with glasses is always so very rude I asked for my order she completely ignored me then when she ask what I’m waiting for she has a whole attitude and was getting smart with me she asked for the name what it’s for she needed to see my phone witch is fine I understand but doing this all with a complete attitude and coming at me this is not how u treat your customers !! This is not the first time it’s every single time I come in there if u don’t like your job you should go find somewhere else to work !

This place is usually pretty good. Unfortunately the drive thru always takes forever. The atmosphere is nice inside and the staff is usually friendly. The orders are usually correct and I don't have very many issues with the freshness of the food. I wish they could just get the speed up in the drive thru and this place would be at 5 starts hands down.

The only thing his was the cashier.
Everyone else was incredibly rude. We walked in, no one was in the store. No one was in the drive through. Yet it took then 5 full minutes to acknowledge us. They were really busy doing....who knows what. There were 6 workers and no customers.....I can't imagine any amount of mobile orders making the services terrible. On top of that, one worker was so rude to my son and he was trying to say hi. She told him he needed to wait (again, ZERO customers), and then then he tells me what she said. Then, after quite a few minutes of him waiting, she looks at me and goes.....I don't know what he wants?" SOO exasperated.
Uhm he's definitely old enough to ask?

On top of this my Americano was terrible. I'm not sure how you mess up an Americano...it's literally espresso, water and I add heavy cream. How can you make it taste bad? Starbucks espresso is standard and predictable. My guess is not properly cleaned machines? Because my stomach did NOT agree after.....and this is my go to when I'm fasting at other locations where I've never had a problem. That was a terrible 5 hour drive after.

So I got an attitude, stomach issues and my son treated like crap....

I wish I could give zero stars but the cashier was pretty nice. Manager and others were not.

Customer service was not there. 6 ppl working together, everybody looking at each other and nobody paying attention to the customers. I waited 5 min for someone to look at me, acknowledge I was there and say hi. Bunch of little kids, who have no idea what real life human communication is. Probably really good online, but don't know real humans lol. Very sad. Never again.

The employee that wears a pink hat is absolutely horrible. I ordered through the app as I was nearing their location to save me time as I buy my drink and food while on my way to work. The employee with a pink hat very rudely opens the drive thru window to yell at me to give them more time to prepare my food and before placing my online order. Then proceeds to slam the drive thru window shut.

First of all, I was here very early in the morning. There was no rush. No long lines in the drive thru. Barely any one in the store. I ordered through the app 5 minutes before going to drive thru.

Second of all, I did not mind waiting a couple of minutes in the drive thru for my order. I am a patient person. I know I placed my order right as I was nearing the location. But it does not give that employee a reason to be so rude to me. I never even complained about the wait time.

The way she went about it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. She had an attitude towards me that was uncalled for and completely unnecessary.

She could have said it in a nicer way, but no. Seems like this place does not teach their employees professionalism or kindness.

It is absolutely embarrassing how bad the employees are at this Starbucks location. They should be embarrassed of themselves of how they are representing the company.

If you look at their past 1-star reviews, they mention about how unacceptable the behavior is of the drive thru employees. It seems like it is a reoccurring situation that the store manager will not fix.

Will never go back to this location ever again.

On vacation this was the nearest one to us. Not once did they get the order right. Plus when asking for something that was missed the person making the coffees catches attitude about it. If they follow directions to the order and make it right the first time, we would not have to ask to correct it. The employees forget that if it’s not for the customers they wouldn’t have a job. Poor customer service! It’s not hard to be kind to people.
