Customer service could use some work. I visited today and ordered one of the new berry lemonades and the trenta is almost $8. When I got to the window they handed it out without one of the big straws. I mentioned I wanted one and she said they don’t have any and that somewhere else in town may, but “she hasn’t gotten any other complaints about it all day.” Idk how I’m supposed to drink a boba lemonade without the straw. Just stop selling the drink until they’re back in stock or give people the option. Waste of $8Ended up going somewhere else for a straw only to find out she didn’t even give me the correct lid I had to cut a hole in the top of the lid. Lots of work for an almost $10 drink

Stopped and they were busy. I ordered and patiently waited. Ordered 2 drinks. Eventually got one but the 2nd was no where In sight. Waited appx15 mins then asked. Was told they were extremely busy and that the other girl was doing that order amd she was busy and would get to it. She was working on 4 other peoples orders while my husband's drink is melting. The counters were a messy disaster. Does management not think it might be a better idea to complete a whole order with the same person? I didn't see anyone resembling a manager.I had no ETA on my drink and had to leave. Happy Mothers day to me :(

Visited around 5 pm on April 20th. Drive through employee was extremely rude. One of our drinks were the incorrect size and tasted only of strawberry açaí concentrate.

Wait time was crazy long 35 min for 1 drink ??! 3 employees working while the drive thru and front line is packed ? What’s going on with management ? Then behind the counter was not appealing. Needs some serious restructure. Saw multiple people get refunds due to the wait time.

Never again, there are local coffee shops. Eleven bucks for a coffee and egg bites and it took forever. Every other shop in town is better. Sorry I went there to save a few minutes.

The employees at this location are so incredibly rude. There is one blonde woman who usually wears a bandana that is SO nice. I wish she was a manager. However, another employee who I believe is a manager, is absolutely terrible. Her name is Jenny. I waited so long for my food because she forgot it was sitting on the counter behind her, my sandwich was barely warm. She gave me attitude when asking for my sandwich. I will genuinely never come back to this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This Starbucks has got to be the worst and slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Drinks consistently taste like they were made wrong, and for whatever reason they take FOREVER. I’ve yet to spend less than 15 min in the drive thru. Inside is worse. The other day they made drinks in about 10 min, not horrible I guess, but then took an additional 25 min to give us cake pop and a couple sandwiches. Definitely would not recommend if you’re ever in a time crunch.

*** Buyer beware ***I ordered Jade Citrus Mint tea, usually around $2.50. Employee was overcharging me, asking for $5.80. When I asked why, they said because they "don't have a button to ring the tea" and they have to charge me that amount. I mentioned to them they're overcharging all customers ordering hot tea, they didn't seem to care, a non issue for the staff. I asked if they could find another way to charge me the correct amount. They said I would have to talk to their corporate people but I need to pay the $5.80.Wait ... WHAT ???I'm not gonna get robbed out of my hard earned money. AVOID this location, but if you have to visit this store please be aware of the amounts they're charging you, don't let them rob you.
