Management is not very flexible. They don't provide an opportunity to explain events when conflict or mistakes arise. It's unfortunate, it explains the HIGH turnover rate at this Subway in Charles Town WV. I think the District Manager Ashley could benefit from leadership and people skills courses.

The veggies (especially the lettuce which I did want but didnt get) were in very bad condition. Not fresh AT ALL. Lettuce was brown, tomatoes were mushy, spinach looked awful...and each veggie container had other stuff in it. If you were allergic to something, I wouldnt get any of it. It was a mess, you might be in trouble. I asked for extra toasted and my subs were barely toasted! It was depressing, I was looking forward to my BMT.

We were not sure what to expect from a Subway inside the Walmart, but we were happy to find that the place looked clean, the food was good, and the ingredients looked fresh. The man working there was very nice and provided excellent customer service. We'll stop there again when we are passing through Charles Town, WV.

Very rude customer service. I understand that while subway is not part of Walmart and I walked in with open food from said Walmart, this does not give the staff a reason to be rude with their customers. I would have purchased food to because, let's be honest a hot sandwich is great and that's why I walked in. But after being told off by their manager for it, I'd rather just eat a cold sandwich from the deli.

I've always received great service, every time. They also have online ordering and payment, so I can swoop by and pick up my sub with no waiting.
There is a woman who works there named Deb, she always takes way too long bullsh*tting with the customers. Fir gawd sakes, my lunch break is only 30 minutes, so STOP chatting with customers and make th3 food so we all can eat without getting sick from slamming the food down! Damn!

There is a woman named Deb, who works at your Charles Town, WV store located in the Wal- Mart who ALWAYS takes the time to get to know and remember not only every customers face but their order as well. Her sandwiches are always neatly put together with the utmost care and she is never anything less than completely personable and likable. This location has become my Subway of choice because of her efforts and care, despite it being over 20 min from my house, I drive by 11 establishments that serve sandwiches including one other Subway because of her incredible customer service. Upon visiting this location (approximately 3 times a week) I am always impressed with her ability to handle a long line and keep each customer engaged, I am absolutely not the only customer that shares this opinion of her.
