Called and left several messages regarding a custom birthday cake. I never received call back. So I went to their listed business location, all this occurred during the time they show as opened, and no one answered door. I will NEVER reach out them again. Not sure how they have a 5 star rating. If there was an option for a 0 star rating, that's what I would have given them!!!

Regenia was so great to work with and helped nail down the best options for our family's needs. We were visiting Harpers Ferry from New Jersey over my wife's birthday and needed a cake. We got a gluten free chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream icing. It was very moist and passed the toddler test (x3!). We also tried the pepperoni rolls. As a visitor to WV, a friend from WV told me I had to try em, so who better than a native baker like Regenia! The rolls were fantastic. Buttery and salty on the outside, with a spicy pepperoni biteon the inside. I preferred them heated in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften just a bit. These also passed the toddler test. All in all, highly recommend SugarHigh for your baking needs. Regenia was a pleasure to meet for the short while during pickup, and was flexible with our schedule as times shifted a bit.

We have ordered so many cakes/cupcakes/fudge from Sugar High for several years. Even a wedding cake!! She’s the only place we use for special occasions. The pics are from the most recent two birthday cakes I bought. The artistry is amazing… the cake is delicious! Great communication…fair pricing…she even offers vegan and gluten free (I wish she offered calorie-free…haa haa)! Best cake around!

My husband and I have had the Orange and Bananas Foster Cupcakes. First of all, let me say that if I didn’t already know these are vegan, I would’ve never guessed. They are so delicious and the perfect texture. And by delicious I mean the best cupcakes I’ve had in recent memory...vegan or otherwise! I scoop them up at Kelly’s Farm Kitchen in Harper’s Ferry…some to eat there and some to take home!

I am a huge fan of Sugar High. I originally found this company in 2024 while attempting to get a King Cake that tasted like the ones back home in Louisiana. Sugar High absolutely nailed it. I then later had a craving for peach cupcakes with butter cream frosting. Again she nailed it with the most amazing cupcakes. Seriously everything she makes taste and looks so amazing. She is also the sweetest lady with the kindest spirit.

Ohmygosh...the best cupcakes we have ever experienced in our lives! We were lucky to run across SugarHigh cupcakes at another restaurant (Kelly's Farmhouse) and immediately bought several more to eat when we got back home. Unfortunately, we live far away and can't access these easily. We emailed Regenia and found out she can ship cake jars! Guess we will need to start gong to the gym every day to keep up with how much we will be ordering.

I requested a fish lesion cake for my PhD defense on smallmouth bass health issues, sent some pictures, and said the nastier looking the better. With only a little over a week turn around time, this was the final product and it tasted even better than I imagined! The French toast flavor was a big hit and the design was an even bigger hit among my colleagues. Super happy with the service and will order more cakes here in the future ?

There's nothing this baker can't do! I've ordered baby shower cupcakes, a smash cake, gender reveal cupcakes, multiple treat bags (cookies, brittle, cake pops, fudge, rice crispy treats!), and cocoa bombs from Gina. EVERYTHING is delicious! Every time we order treat bags, I get two because I know my husband and son will find something they really love. We plan on using her again for future birthdays, and basically live on the treat bag subscriber list. Highly recommend Sugar High if you want a personable, dependable, professional baker!!
