We needed something fast for lunch, so we shared the Luxe Box, which was enough for two of us to share to tide us over until dinner and was around $11-12 with an extra medium drink, so we have our gift card to eat one more lunch at Taco Bell for a quick lunch! Clean, fast, courteous at Charlestown, WV location, and were getting ready to put Christmas decorations out. Therefore, 5 stars for a fast food joint.

I am an advocate to taco bell but DAMN ! mostly every time i come here they mess sumthing up ! how hard is it to read ??? i asked for sauce on my burrito and i come home wit it DRY AS HELL ! mad asf after i jus packed and cleaned all day, and they couldn’t make a simple burrito, it literally ruined my night.

My wife has been waiting for 20 minutes on a mobile order pick up. The people inside appear to just be playing rather than doing their jobs. People that were here before us left without food they have been waiting so long. Poor management I would say. Going to avoid this place from now on if you don’t want to waste you evening waiting I recommend going somewhere else.
