Drive thru... ordered 2 toasted breakfast burritos. Had to go back for sauce that they asked if I wanted, replied yes, didnt put in bag. No napkins. Burritos were all flour tortilla if I combined the filling from both burritos into one I would have had 1 breakfast burrito. 4 dollars for bread. No thanks ... I'll take my money elsewhere in future. Although after going back for sauce they gave me enough for 20 burritos. So I guess one could say I paid for bread and sauce. ??

Wow, the reviews I've read so far on this restaurant are completely unhinged. The worst experience I've had with this Taco Bell location is they've forgotten one item in my drive thru order. The staff is friendly, chill, and fast. Using the app to order is easy, and the staff is super attentive in making sure my order is correct on the drive thru screen before I pull up. The staff at Taco Bell is so much more customer service based than some of the other places around here.Also, I LOVE THE NACHO FRIES!

Waited 1 hour for 2 burritos, accidentally ordered wrong thing but then was told they couldn't fix it or refund it then after 10 min decided to fix it. The hour wait was insane for going in to order.

So I came through and they didn't have what I wanted and then they trapped me behind the person who was ordering in front of me and felt that somehow it was an insult to that person to ask them to pull forward. So I couldn't get what I wanted, I was trapped for 8 minutes, and I was mocked by the people working in the drive-thru. It was a disgusting experience and I will never be back. The manager ought to train those workers because their lack of care for the next customer in line was unbelievable. Many restaurants have people pull through so other people aren't stuck in the drive-thru. Why this restaurant doesn't know how to do that and why they insult a customers who ask for that courtesy is completely beyond me. Those teenagers were absolutely disgusting in their treatment of me. Their parents should be ashamed of themselves. Their managers should be ashamed of those employees.A freaking apology that I was stuck there might have been nice. But no just disrespect and mockery because clearly the person waiting to buy the item was more important than the customer that they couldn't serve and kept trapped in the line. I don't mind waiting if you have the item for me. If you don't have the item that you advertise and then you keep me trapped in a line for 8 minutes and mock me when I asked to go forward, you don't know how to run a business and you shouldn't be in business, even if you are making money.
