“Pretty quick service and they were cleaning often around us. We had the Roast Beef Sandwiches with Lettuce, Tomato & Mayo! Delicious! Drive thru was busy the whole time! We rang the bell! Kind staff & worked as a Team! Close to shopping & gasoline. Convenient to I64 & 119. Minutes away actually! Safe & clean!“
“A friend of my late beloved twin brother drove me to eat at this Arby's restaurant in Kanawha City. I hadn't eaten at an Arby's for many years, but this experience was positive: I liked the service, the cleanliness, the décor and the comfortable cushioned seat in my booth. The food was quite good, and my crinkle cut fries were crispy and tasty.
I had to use the men's toilet, and found it clean and extremely large, so it could accommodate a wheelchair.
I was pleased with this Arby's. The restaurant is well air-conditioned. There is a drive-through window that closes at midnight, while the inside seating area closes at 10 o'clock at night. Credit and debit cards are accepted.“
