“Update: Nothing has changed in 4 years since my original review, other than I’m both a customer and delivery service. This location is one of the best FF restaurants I’ve worked with, always courteous, as quick as possible and determined that every detail is perfect.
The food is freshly made to order, the inside is kept clean, and the employees are friendly and accommodating. One of the best locations in the Kanawha Valley.“
“One bite into the second half of a double Reuben and I coughed out a piece of plastic or something, thankfully before swallowing it. I drove all the way back and after explaining everything to the Manager and his inspection and handling what I told him I had just coughed up, he offered to remake it and went back to handling customer food without washing his hands. I left.“
