corporate needs to do better taken care of employees the inside of restaurant and lounge is 52°, the cooks are dressed in Winter attire claiming that corporate does not do anything for them or the restaurant. this is going to be reported to the labor board

A friend of my late beloved twin brother drove me to eat at this Arby's restaurant in Kanawha City. I hadn't eaten at an Arby's for many years, but this experience was positive: I liked the service, the cleanliness, the décor and the comfortable cushioned seat in my booth. The food was quite good, and my crinkle cut fries were crispy and tasty.
I had to use the men's toilet, and found it clean and extremely large, so it could accommodate a wheelchair.
I was pleased with this Arby's. The restaurant is well air-conditioned. There is a drive-through window that closes at midnight, while the inside seating area closes at 10 o'clock at night. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Went thru drive thru only to get a milkshake and the girls that worked it were very nice and helpful, they would remember me cause now they call me grandma because I always stop for milkshakes all the time

Very disappointed in this place, I purchased a cheese steak hoagie, and I took it home , and it was a hot mess, you couldnt even pick the sandwich up without it falling apart- - The price with fries and drink was 18$ ...never again- worse food ever - I would avoid this place in kanawha city - I'm never going back there -
