Great BBQ place, nothing fancy but, excellent food. Tender ribs and wonderful home made sauces. (Try the WV Gold). They had a superb strawberry cake the day I was there, yummy.

Im 35 weeks pregnant and had a craving for brisket, my fiance and I just moved to the area so I dragged him to this place. The brisket was absolutely amazing, and the mac and cheese side was the best ive ever had! Its also a nice touch that the chef brings the food out to you and makes sure everything tastes okay. You can tell he really takes pride in his cooking! Definitely will be returning.

This was a much-appreciated stop on our long road trip from Ohio to Georgia! I was hoping for a good BBQ stop on our way down, and fortunately my husband found this place online as we were looking to make a stop… It was family friendly—we have our 14-month-old and 3.5-year-old daughters in tow. Spacious tables with high chairs available, changing table in the women’s bathroom, and friendly server. Great menu with kids’s options, and the best part was the food itself! It came fast and delicious… everyone enjoyed their food; my pulled pork was outstanding, and while there were multiple tasty BBQ sauce options to try, the standpoint is their house BBQ! Good size portions with plenty of sides, everything reasonably priced. Exceeded what I was hoping for, and the whole family had a great experience… thank you!

This place is a hidden gem. The best bbq pulled pork in have ever had. Very good, St Louis ribs. The house BBQ is wonderfully rich, sweet, and tangy The loaded tots were great as well. I would have posted picks of the food, but it looked and smelled so good I forgot. I will update picks once I return. Hopefully soon.

I ordered Brisket, Pulled pork, bread pudding and potato salad for my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. Bowles Boys had it all hot and ready to be picked up on time and the food is very reasonably priced! All of the food was delicious and the bread pudding was amazing!! I will definitely be ordering again from them in the very near future! Thanks guys!

My family and I went here for the first time on Saturday Nov 2nd. Our appetizer was really good , we ordered the potato skins. Our daughter ordered a cheese flatbread pizza , i ordered the 12oz ribeye with potato cheese casserole and mac and cheese and my husband ordered the 3 meat meal with potato casserole and baked beans. Our daughter’s pizza had hair cooked in it. My steak was THIN and way over cooked. I asked for medium rare and I got well done. If I had knew it was a thin ribeye I would not have ordered it. The potato casserole had no flavor at all just tasted like boiled potatoes. The Mac and cheese was ok but not something I’d eat again . My husband’s food was okay but he wasn’t able to eat a bunch of it due to the fact of the hair being in our daughter’s food and turning his stomach. Our total was around $74 and we didn’t even eat but maybe $10 worth of food. I was highly disappointed in the food we had got. The atmosphere was amazing and so was our waitress though. My husband has had their food at work and said it was amazing so maybe this was just an off day for them. My daughter got ice cream on the way out and it was a 10/10. The staff was super nice too.

I have been coming here since they opened but this is my first time since they opened up the other dining area. Such a huge upgrade. The sauces on each table to eat at your leisure is one of my favorite touches of any bbq place. There is too much to decide on just one. So I had the chicken and dumpling soup and 3 meats with all of the sauces and Mac and cheese. I couldn’t come here without eating the pickles as well! I will have to come back quite a few times to get all of it sampled. I enjoy the TVs in here also. Just in case a game is on I would like to watch while I eat. No bad experiences here and I am a customer for life. Keep this place going everyone!
We are so lucky to have a place like this in the little town of Sissonville, WV. This is especially true since they completed their remodel. The food is amazing, the people couldn't be any nicer, and the atmosphere is top notch!
