Gave a 1 star, but wasn't earned. Sat at a table. Waitress was presenting check to a few tables nearby. Tried to get her attention verbally. Was ignored. She then intentionally turned her back to us. The patrons at the tables were alarmed by her behavior.

Poor service. Walked into the restaurant and saw nobody. Picked a table and sat down. Waited 15 minutes for someone to appear. A manager dressed person looked at us for a few seconds then turned away before a server appeared about 5 minutes later. She was very attentive. We ordered drinks and looked at the menu. It was dismal and over priced. The burger was 23 dollars. We decided to pay for our drinks and go back to the Hilton. The same burger was 15.

It appeared they cooked the proteins, stacked them on frozen vegetables, and put it under a broiler. Trout and pork chop were burnt, but polenta and mashed potatoes underneath were cold. Succotash was inedible... corn and lima beans were dry and hard.

Ordered the Cajun Pasta with Chicken and a Cheesecake. It was through room service as I was staying there. The pasta had almost no sauce and there was no Cajun flavor. The cheesecake was delicious but at $9, the portion was too small.

The place has pretty decent food It's kind of a hidden spot that not a lot of people don't know about. The food is pretty good but just a little too pricey for what it is. And sometimes it takes a while to order.

I had dinner here on a visit to the hotel. Not bad for hotel food!
Don’t bother. Food was less than marginal. Had a chicken quesadilla that had canned corn in it and was gross. My fellow diner’s “house made chips” were so greasy she didn’t eat them. Service was great, though.
We sat down to a limited menu. I ordered the salmon. Prepaired well, slightly bland for a horseradish encrusted salmon. My husband ordered a burger mediun rare. Arrived cremated. We waited 20 minutes for server to check on us. Never arrived. Paid and left hungry. Server was pleasant but very absent. Cook had burners on high.

Quick, friendly service. We had a minor issue but the server Jen took care of it immediately. The manager Ian came over and made it obvious that it was a one off and not normal. We left feeling completely satisfied! Excellent lunch/dinner choice near the convention center!! A+++

My review is completely based upon where we were seated, which was not in the restaurant. It was during the week, and they were serving dinner apparently in the lobby area where the bar was. This was not the vibe we were going for, as we weren't staying at the hotel. Service was super slow, food was mediocre and not hot. For this reason we won't go back. The photos online are misleading since that is not where we were seated. There were other tables around us as well. If you decide to go, ask where they are serving that evening.

Very disappointed by the fact that the bartenders didn’t believe that their taps were dirty. At least be polite and look into the issue. Instead the bartender was rude and dismissed the situation. Overall comfortable atmosphere and great food.
