Quick, friendly service. We had a minor issue but the server Jen took care of it immediately. The manager Ian came over and made it obvious that it was a one off and not normal. We left feeling completely satisfied! Excellent lunch/dinner choice near the convention center!! A+++
Very disappointed by the fact that the bartenders didn’t believe that their taps were dirty. At least be polite and look into the issue. Instead the bartender was rude and dismissed the situation. Overall comfortable atmosphere and great food.
We were there Fri and Sat night 3rd weekend in Jan.... had the same waitress, her name is Jen. Absolutely wonderful waitress! Very friendly, seemed to actually enjoy her job! Food was good....I did give 5 stars but I still have 1 complaint.... every year WVAFF is there same weekend in Jan. PBR is there the same weekend. Both events run late. The bar knows this. You should plan accordingly. Closing the kitchen at 10, Bar at midnight and only having 1 waitress, even though...
