Buffalo Wild Wings

Don’t recommend if you order online, we placed an order online tonight. Half of the order was wrong and we didn’t recieve the other half. We called to let them know after figuring it out when I got home, and they wanted me to bring the order back before they would do anything even after explaining that I live a hour away from the store. Completely unacceptable. Even offered to send pics of what we received and that wouldn’t work for them! They messed up the order and refused to give us any type of discount for the future or try to make it right. I will not be back! We eat there quite often too. 😡

While visiting West Virginia my wife and I stopped in this Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant to meet up with family and friends for dinner. There were five of us in the group. This was our first time at this Buffalo Wild Wings in WV. Our waitress was a beautiful young lady who was very kind, polite, and charming. She returned to our table several times to see if we needed anything. I didn't get her name but, she had a small nose ring and was working at 7pm on 9/15/25

You are very close to the top of the list of waiters who provide the worst service I have ever seen in my life. I'd expect a restaurant this awful to go bankrupt in the United States. Who the hell goes to this restaurant?

Me and my buddy went there to watch the UFC fights last Saturday. We specifically asked if they were showing them in which our server said yes. So she was aware that’s what we were there for. We planned on staying an extended period of time and ordering goods throughout the night. However, she asked if we wanted appetizers then proceeded to take our menus right after we only ordered our appetizers. I don’t normally write reviews but it was especially irritating that I felt as if I was being rushed out when I was planning on ordering a full meal. She then came with another server behind her and asked if our checks were separate without even asking if we were ready for them. Food was good but honestly there was no reason for us to be rushed out. We weren’t being disruptive whatsoever.

Food was tough and Cold. Was out of the chicken I originally ordered. Online said they had all you cab eat wings in store wasn't available. Waiter was Average. Won't go back. To that location

I should have read reviews before visiting. Not impressed at all. Took awhile to actually get seated even though not busy. Waiter took our order and then come back and stated couldn't have what i ordered. Got our meals before our appetizer. My hamburger was ok. Wife's meal wasn't edible. Tried some items off appetizer and most was unedible. Son's mac and cheese was nasty. One and done with this restuarant. Also very expensive for what we got.

Placed an order supposed to be done at 5:10 didn’t receive my order till 5:35 then they gave my order to someone else and gave me the wrong order brought the wrong food back in they got pissy with me and then had to wait another 40 minutes to get 20 wings. Drive to Cross Lanes this location sucks.

“Managers Discretion” to do last call at 10p when Google Maps has published hours open till 11p. Why are you doing last call at 10pm, then? I plan my drives home from working all weekend to stop at a BWW on the road and grab a hotel room nearby. I arrive at this one at 9:30 thinking I have at least an hour to chill after a long weekend of work, and bartender tells me last call is at 10. That’s not right. Either update your hours on Google, or do last call 30 minutes before your published close time. Manager must have wanted to get home early on this night. Surely corporate mandates hours show open till 11 on google, and they play these games on the local level. On the bright side, food was pretty good. Like normal, they’re out of the best IPAs on draft till the next delivery.

Went in last weekend 7/13/25 and received terrible service, did not receive the bottomless appetizers as they were advertised and the general manager who was present refused to make it right -5/10 I will never be back I've attempted to call 4 times now and have never been able to speak to a Manager

The food we received was pretty good. We were almost finished eating when they finally brought the potato wedges, guessing they never got put in because we had to ask about them. And never did get celery or carrots after asking twice

Extremely Disappointing Experience

We came in with a group of 12 players and about 20 parents—over 30 people total—and the place was nearly empty. You’d think that would mean quicker service, but we waited over two hours and many of us never even received our food. To top it off, we still got checks for items we never received, and most of the bills were completely incorrect.

Our waiter was clearly overwhelmed and not attentive at all. No updates, no urgency, and zero accountability. When we asked about the delays, we were brushed off with vague excuses. Bills were semi satisfied after NUMEROUS attempts to ask for them to make it right.

This was supposed to be a team celebration, and it turned into a frustrating waste of time and money. Absolutely unacceptable service. We won't be back, and we’ll be warning others to avoid this place.
