We had a good time at lunch. The food was good, but the server needed more help. She and 1 other were covering the whole restaurant at lunch. She did her best, and was attentative. Since we were in no hurry, it was fine with us. She kept our drinks topped off while we waited. The food came out all at once, so we were all happy.

This branch meets all the standards and expectations we have. The food was good. We had street taco and wings. They both were delicious. The beer was cold and good, too.

The service was nice. We visited right at 11am for early lunch. We were the second customer walking and sitting at the bar, so they were not busy. The staff was nice and welcoming.

This was disgusting. Ordered wrap and so empty I couldn’t pick it up. All sauce, no tomato or lettuce, forgot my soda, ordered two diff sauces on wing got one. Clearly they don’t care.

My husband and I ate here for the first time. Everything was amazing, the food, the waiter, and the atmosphere were excellent. I can't wait to go back.

Trash all around the outside of the building especially around front entrance. No excuse why the mgr. Or the employees don't take a little more pride in where they work. My first time here in Charleston. Place looks like a trash dump. The thing is it's old and new trash.

Ordered 50 wings w/ 4 sauces. Two of the sauces were wrong and 80% of wings were very over cooked and dry.
I’ve been to this location twice and both times very subpar to compared to other locations and general expectations.
Quality control seems nonexistent at this location.

Not the first time. Last time got almost kicked out even tho still had over an hour until they closed. Today sat down and waited. 2 other tables came in and they got served before us. Going to spend my money elsewhere.

The food was good but be prepared to wait on it, took almost an hour and appetizer and main came at the same time. Had to clean our table off before we could sit, spilled drink, trash and ice was in the seat.

Went to have dinner this evening with my husband and our 9 month old. We needed a booth to sit in and a high chair. We were rudely told that they are pretty much not accommodating to sitting babies in high chairs at the booths. Mind you the restaurant was very empty and had plenty of booths available.

Also had to wait 20 minutes just to be greeted buy a host!

Everything the server asks us to order is an add on cost. The little cups of dip are .99 cents each. Wings are too expensive to buy. A bacon cheeseburger is about 17.50.But you do get fries. Cost for 4 adults and a 7 year old was 135.00. Wife drank water..
