Me and my boss go here all the time and order a bacon king, last time the bacon was raw and chewy, it's the first time I've taken bacon off my sandwich, i still can't get bacon from there.... that is the second round of raw bacon on my bacon king lol not coming back!!!!

The staff is so wonderful towards me and my mom. They know us by name and treat us wonderfully. Dianne, Chris, Kevin, Zane, Shawn, and James are exemplary employees. Mr. Kevin recently went above and beyond to help with an issue and it was corrected promptly. Ms. Dianne & Mr. Chris were also extremely helpful. I love my local BK!

New reconstruction venue. Good food and value too. They keep all the other fast food chains from getting to expensive.
It was a nice, clean restaurant, service was accurate, fairly friendly and accurate. Single stall for bathroom was a factor with travelers vying for a position to use it.

Enjoyable place to eat
Kid-friendliness: This place absolutey loves kids. I have seen kids get scared to get one if the crowns and the workers will make them smile joke with them and give them the crowns. The smile on the kids faces are so heart warming

Ordered via App. Plenty of time for the order to be completed. Picked up order, asked for the zesty sauce for the O-rings - guy blatantly lied. Got home no sauce. What is so hard about 2 meals and the sauces. There is absolutely no courtesy and no customer service. No napkins are ever given at this drive thru. For years high school kids ran drive thru's, now adults cannot function with the order detailed on a screen.

I went through the drive thru tonight and the teller at the drive thru taking my order seemed like I was bothering her while was I giving her my order, I told her sorry I am bothering you and drove of. I will never go to this location again.
